This beach located in the North West area of Oahu. The beach Turtle Cove is depending on the season, home of turtles and whales. Located in the sunny Leeward... it is most of the time "sunny" and dry.
The condo is upscale in every aspect. Fully equipped and loaded with lots of amenities and very private due to the fact that is right on a corner of the building. Building is a nice looking, well kept and offer access with two elevators, secured parking and 24/7 security service. This is the wild, natural and undiscovered side of the island. Here you will meet the real Hawaiian people simple, nice and family oriented. The food is great and devoted to keep the local people coming back to eat all the time, consequently here you will find great and affordable places to eat.

Guest have access to the building secure gated parking via a FOB electronic key, building has two elevators, a coin operated laundry room, direct access to the beach and BBQ area with two Weber top of the line gas BBQ available for guests.

Two week stay or more is required... the minimum rental is 15 days. Maximum occupancy 2 adults plus 1 to 2 kids. No smoking. No pets allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. A one time cleaning fee of $125 must be paid with reservation. Subject to Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) 13.97%. This is a 4th floor beachfront corner-end condo. Two elevators available. Respect of house rules are mandatory. A fully refundable security deposit of $300 is required when booking. Guest receive a set of detailed instructions for access, care and proper use of the unit. Jose is a great owner, provided prompt responses to communication requests, and took the time to explain a number of things to me for my first rental on AirBnb. His place was beautiful and restful, and was more than I had hoped. Makaha is a great location if you enjoy snorkeling, and a short drive to this amazing hike leading to a bird sanctuary on the north side of Oahu. I highly recommend his place and him as an owner.

This was a wonderful home away from home. The house had everything you could possibly need. The sunset views were amazing and the public beach felt private. The locals are very nice and we felt safe in the neighborhood. It was a lovely stay in a quiet side of Hawaii amongst the locals. Jose was very easy to reach and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Oahu!

Jose's unit on Oahu was perfect for my month long trip to Hawaii. When we arrived, the condo was clean and in great shape. Jose provided an instruction sheet via email which made finding the unit and checking in a breeze. The TVs were all synced to Netflix and standard cable. The views from the balcony were incredible. Honolulu is only a 45 minute drive. I really enjoyed my stay. I definitely recommend Jose as a host!
