Nice studio flat in a quiet area of Prague, great if you like to stay near nature, are keen runner or enjoy nice walks, but still only 20 min to the centre.
I am offering a nicely furnished apartment in a quiet area of Prague - Bohnice, ideal for a couple or a couple with 1 kid or kid and a baby or toddler as there is a foldable armchair bed in the room and I can provide a travel cot bed (it can be in the main room or in a separate really small room). Great for two to three friends (as there is armchair bed) or a single traveler as well.
You will have a reasonably large room with proper double bed with good quality mattress, table with chairs and armchair for yourselves, the newly fitted fully equipped kitchen with good size fridge, MW oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle etc. is attached. There is a balcony and a large wardrobe with huge mirror + bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine which is free to use.
The flat is in a big block of flats typical for the Czech republic, this one is with a reception and only a minute or so from a bus stop, it takes around 20 min to get to the city center (Wenceslav Square).
The bonus of the flat is the quiet area - it is in an urban area, but there are parks and woods around, great for walks or jogging. One of the best places for rollerskating in Prague is nearby. The Prague ZOO (the 5th best ZOO in the world! where even adults will have fun) is only 5 min bus ride away (bus stop around 7 min walk), you can walk easily to Prague botanical gardens. There is a new aqua park (50 m swimming pool, sauna, cool toboggans etc) less than 5 min bus ride away (or you can walk).
Towels, shampoo etc. are provided.
Parking is free on the street.
There are big grocery stores nearby, one small one straight in the house. There is a nice restaurant with summer garden (serving even oven baked pizza + much more) within a walking distance, Chinese bistro with take away, pharmacy, ATM etc.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking, but there is possible to smoke at the balcony.
There is a small TV with around 80 international channels and a free and fast wi-fi.
The bathroom is original, but it is fully functional and kept clean and there is washing machine for your use.
Accès des voyageurs
The whole flat is for your own use.

I live out of Prague at the moment, but I will greet you most probably anyway. If I am busy there is my mum in Prague, who speaks German and English and she knows Prague well + is retired - so she might be happy to give you some tips or even show you around, if you are interested.
+ I am just phone call away ;-) and there is a brochure and Lonely Planet 'Prague' guidebook waiting for you.
As the flat is in a block of flats there are night hours between 10 pm nad 6 am. There is stricly no smoking in the flat, however you can smoke at the balcony with the door closed if necessary.
I'm a keen traveler since the age of 16. My first 'big' trip was 6 weeks hitchhiking from Prague do Scotland in 1996, than 6 weeks in India the year after. I have visited around 50 countries so far, having a break right now as I am looking after my two gorgeous small children.
Travelling is like a drug to me - I really do enjoy seeing new places, meeting new people (locals and other fellow travellers alike), getting to know new culture. I have used airbnb with my partner and son when he was only a few months old (in Spain) and we found the idea of renting the whole place for a reasonable price much better than staying in a hotel with the baby. So now I have the opportunity to rent my little place in Prague, as we live in a family house out of Prague at the moment. I do hope to provide a great place to stay for couple, family with a small child or a single traveler, happy to give advice what to see and do in Prague.
