Description

Modernised family-friendly character property for up to 8 persons. Perfectly located for Tenby town and beaches. Fully-equipped - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and separate dining room.

Fully-renovated and new to the rental market in 2015, this Victorian property has great space and light. We have designed it around modern living. Downstairs is an entrance porch, hall, lounge seating 8, separate dining room, subtantial and fully-equipped modern kitchen, laundry and shower room/WC. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, including 2 doubles a large twin and a smaller room containing bunk beds. There is also a spacious family bathroom. The property has a small private yard and outdoor storage room

You will have the whole house for your stay. We have furnished and equipped it to a high standard, using the principle that a each guest's experience should be what we would expect if we were living there full-time. You will also have free access to BT Infinity WiFi and FreeviewHD TV. We have a stock of children's books, DVDs and family games and jigsaws; and even USB charging sockets fitted in 3 of the rooms

We work hard with our guests to ensure that they have a chance to ask any questions they may have before, during or after their stay. We do not live locally, but we are always on the end of a phone or email and respond immediately to our guests enquiries. For immediate needs, we have two individuals living in the same street who are always able to attend to any short-term needs

The neighourhood is quiet and safe, but the main benefit is the location. You can access everything you need in Tenby - sea front, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, beaches and supermarket - within a few mins' walk. For example, you are a 2 min walk from one of the best seafront views in Britain

The benefit of our location is that you do not need to use the car or public transport unless you are looking to leave Tenby. Even then, you are a minute's walk from the railway station and local buses

We are perfectly located really - just 2 mins walk from the town centre, yet in a quiet residential street. 5 to 10 mins walk from any of five beautiful sandy beaches. Like most properties in the town, there is no dedicated off-road parking, but we are just 1 min walk from the station car park (between £3 and £12 per week parking depending upon season) and 3 min walk from the multi-storey and supermarket (£4-£15 per week). There is also space outside the house which, although residents only, allows for loading and unloading easily. You won't need to use your car again for the week unless you are leaving Tenby!

I am afraid that we cannot accept pets in the house. Also, we do not permit smoking either in the house or in the yard. We would ask guests to minimise noise from music etc, particularly after dark or early in the morning, since we are a terraced property. Aside from this, please treat the house as your own

The location of the property was great with a short walk to the beach. The house is finished to a high standard with everything you should require avalible. I would certainly book this property again in the future, thanks for making this another great trip to Tenby

The weeks stay at 11 Harding Street exceeded my expectations. The house has been extensively updated with a tasteful, modern and stylish decor. There was bread, milk, welsh cakes, wine, tea, coffee, sugar and more upon arrival. We felt at home immediately, there were even folded towels on the beds. Just perfect. We fell in love with Tenby and having a property like this to return to made our stay even more memorable. Thanks Nick & Holly - we can't wait to come back!

A great family house, very clean, smart and easy to stay in, with very comfortable beds and lovely bedding. Well equipped kitchen with lots of thoughtful details. Plenty of children's games, buckets and spades and reading books. We know Tenby and the surrounding area very well and staying so centrally in town worked brilliantly, it was easy to take a walk on the beach in the evening or very early morning. We had a mixed age range in our party and the house worked well. The position is just a couple of minutes walk from a spectacular view of Tenby harbour and we spent a lot of time on the beaches and enjoying the town. The outside space is small but this doesn't matter if you have come to enjoy the seaside! We also enjoyed Top Joe's pizzas on Upper Frog St and fulfilled a long held ambition of going inside St Catherine's Fort on the island. Also saw porpoises. A great week in a very comfortable house!
