We love our apartment and have put a lot of work into making it a wonderful place to stay and like to share it while we travel. It's bright, modern and very cozy. Quiet neighborhood although just 5min walk to the city center and main bus station.
Our main passion are traveling and cooking, so you will find lot's of books about geology and mountaineering and a kitchen fully equipped to whip up a magical feast. All things in the apartments we share in the hope you will take good care of it.

We both work as guides so you can ask us about tips and tricks of getting the most out of your stay in beautiful Iceland. We also leave travel books, maps and brochures about Iceland that you are welcome to browse through.
To keep us from ending up in a minus we keep a close eye on our stuff and their conditions, anything that is broken, taken or damaged will have to be fully refunded.
For your safety, please register your trips on (URL HIDDEN) if traveling alone in the wilderness.
Smoking is not allowed inside our apartment, and unfortunately the house rules in the building are that there's not much room for partying longer than 12 pm. So please keep any night-life activities outside our flat. We care a great deal about our home and we hope you treat it with the same care.
As this is our living space that we rent out while we are traveling we ask you to respect some boundaries with our private things. We ask you to collect dirty towels and bed linings in the dirty wash basket, wash off and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wash anything that spills down or after cooking/preparing food. Cleaning items can be found in the closet in the stairway.
Off boundry: The office space room (which is locked), our clothes and shoes, food in the freezer and the drawer in the hallway.
You are welcome to use and enjoy anything else in the house such as spices, anything in the fridge, our TV, shampoo and bath soaps, our garden, the bbq in the garden, towels, WC paper, our bike and read our books.
