Set close to the beach Es Trenc, this chic apartment in Colonia de Sant Jordi welcomes 6 people.

It features a furnished terrace, where you will be able to start your day with a large breakfast.

This lovely apartment has two double bedrooms, one of them with A/C and bathroom en-suite with bath tub and another with a bunk bed, which is ideal for two kids. The two bedrooms with no A/C offer fans. We can supply a cot and a high chair. Apart of the bathroom en-suite, there is a toilet.

The bright sitting-dining room with A/C has a big window to the terrace. The kitchen with vitro hob has everything you may need to prepare snacks, although there is no kettle and blender at the moment. If you wish to visit us during the winter, this accommodation has two electric heaters. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are situated in the bathroom.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Pets are not welcome.

The house and its facilities are totally private. We’ll leave bed linen and bath towels for you (beach towels are not available).

This property is located in the south of Mallorca, in Colonia de Sant Jordi, surrounded by lots of amazing beaches, like Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Es Carbo. The town centre has all necessary amenities for your stay. The local restaurants offer excellent fish and sea food dishes, as Colonia de Sant Jordi is a fishing village. During the summer season, you could make a beautiful boat trip to the national park of Cabrera, home of several species of lizards. The golf course Majoris is nice to practise the perfect tee-off and in Ses Salines you can buy high-quality salts.
