This mountain home, in a country setting, is just 5 minutes from downtown. Sip coffee in complete relaxation on the deck with the bustle of downtown right at your fingertips. This eclectic cabin has everything for a perfect weekend in Asheville.
This mountain home is nestled in beautiful, wooded scenery just minutes from downtown in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
Accès des voyageurs
There are three bedrooms and three baths to accommodate 6 people very well. The master bedroom has a plush, queen bed. The upstairs guest bedroom has a relaxing but firmer, queen bed. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed in a fun modern room. Three bathrooms mean each guest or pair of guests get a private bathroom!! I have high speed internet, netflix, amazon, cable tv and a phone line with free local and long distant calling (no international calls, sorry). My house is decorated with tons a fun artwork and vintage items. Plus, there are a few of my own handmade glass pieces available if you would like a souvenir from Asheville. The garage and one room of the basement are reserved for my personal use. If you reserve the home, you will be the only guests. Although I do live at the property, I will not be present during your stay. I live in the mountains which is lovely, but makes for a steep driveway yet is completely accessible with any car. There is a 3 car maximum.

I have lived in the area for awhile now and know great places to eat and hang out. Need suggestions or tips, please just ask. I have a PDF of recommendations I'd be happy to send by email before your stay.
I also have a book of places I personally love in the kitchen. It has phone numbers for reservations (which I suggest) and maps to help you find everything in Asheville.
I will not be present during your stay, but am always just a text away for anything you might need.
This may not be the perfect home for people with mobility issues. My father is handicapped and comes to stay on a regular basis, but please be advised this is a mountain home in a mountain setting.
This is also a residential neighborhood. Sound travels easily, so I ask that guests be respectful in terms of noise. Thanks in advance!
This is my personal home, please treat it as your own.
Please no smoking, pets, or parties.
Quiet hours 11pm-9am
Due to allergies, I do not accept pets. If you bring animals, this will result in the lost of your security deposit plus any additional cost of damages.
I live in a beautiful, residential neighborhood super close to downtown! Unfortunately, due to a disruptive guest, I have to impose a "fine" if there is a noise complaint from my neighbors. If my neighbors are disturbed, the guest will be charged $100 per complaint.
Additionally, if there is extensive cleaning needed after the stay, beyond the fee charged, the guest will be responsible for the remaining costs. I am not making any money off the cleaning fee, in fact, have lost money in some cases. This is simply to help deter extreme messiness.
Please, no shoes on the hardwood floors downstairs, they are brand new. Yea!!! They look great!
If there is damage of any kind please let me know. This really helps me keep my house in order and up to the standards I intend to uphold for all my guests. I may or may not ask you to cover the cost of the broken or damaged item. Accidents happen, I totally understand that!!
6 guests maximum
Minimum age requirement to book is 25
Registered guests only
Overall, these rules are really just to cover all my bases... I hope you have a great stay in Asheville and will do my best to help make your trip a great one!
