We live in the property, so we are usually available for questions, tips and recommendations. We'll try to provide as many suggestions as we can to ensure your stay in Puerto Rico is as enjoyable as possible.

Old San Juan:
Places and monuments emphasized in tourism campaigns include: Old San Juan, promoting the historic nature of its colonial buildings and narrow streets covered by cobblestone, a blue stone cast from furnace slag; they were brought over as ballast on Spanish ships. This includes the city's ancient defensive wall and forts, most notably El Morro and the Castle of San Cristóbal. On January 23, 1984 both of these structures were catalogued as being part of humanity's cultural patrimony.

Calle Loiza and Santurce:
Calle Loiza has as of recent been developing an alternative vibe of its own with the establishment of new restaurants that are pushing the envelope without hurting your wallet.

From the airport take either D53 or T5 from the Airport LMM. Ask the bus driver to drop you off near Taft Street. Travel by bus is $ 0.75 exact change. Waiting times for the bus can vary from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Please see the following link for the bus routes maps:

1.Directions to 166 Calle Delbrey from the airport:

Take Expressway #26 heading West to San Juan and stay in the right hand lane.
After about 8 minutes (depending on traffic) you will see signs to your right for exit “Calle San Jorge”.

Get off #26 and onto the interchange (calle marginal) at the exit sign that says “Calle San Jorge, Calle Del Parque, Ave De Diego, Condado”.
Immediately make a right at the third (3) street after getting off #26. There's a restaurant called L'Osteria and a dentist office at the corner.
I'll be the fourth building to the left.

IF you end up at the traffic light you reached San Jorge Street.
Make a right at the first traffic light.
Make a right at San Jorge's Church (Colon Street). There's an intermittent light.

Make a right at the second street (Delbrey Street)
I'll be the ninth house to your right.

While parking is on the street, is relatively easy in comparison to other places in Condado and Isla Verde.

Miminum Age for Renters is 25.
