With all the mountains has to offer close by, National Park walks and spectacular scenery, cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping allowing you to immerse yourself in the mountains lifestyle.


There is a train Station At Leura. and a taxi rank close by . But this property is suited to guests arriving with there own transport

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited No Schoolies! The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Late checkouts can be organized, the cost starts at $150.00.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of the security deposit.

A security deposit is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Internet access is supplied for your use free of charge. Let’s Holiday will endeavour to fix any issues that arise over the speed, access or any other problems that arise with your internet usage at the property, but take no responsibility if we are unable to resolve the problem satisfactorily. This is because the internet is supplied by a third party and therefore not under our control.
Visiting illegal websites or illegal downloading will result in loss of bond and notification to the relevant authorities.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

The property is non smoking

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing

We loved our stay in this amazing house. The view is spectacular and the description and photos of the house are very accurate! We stayed in the house with two families and we had ample space. The kids loved the garden and the outdoor area, the road is a dead-end street so very quiet and not much traffic. The hosts are super efficient with check-in and responding to emails although we didn't need to contact them as everything was in great condition when we arrived.

When everyone else is heading to the beach, we were in need of somewhere quiet and away from everything to recharge. The house is in a quiet street, away from the main drag of Leura which is exactly what we were looking for. We had a fabulous view of the three sisters and a walking track directly opposite the house. The house is even better than the photos portray with an amazingly well equiped kitchen, DVD's and puzzles for when you don't want to leave the house and fabulous bathrooms. The response for the hosts was quick and instructions clear. Would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone wishing to chill with a glass of wine looking at the view, hike or in need of a place to hibernate.

Our 4-night stay in Highclere was absolutely wonderful. If anything, the pictures do not do the house justice. It feels very luxurious and it is clear that the owner/manager has done everything in their power to make guests' stay as comfortable as possible. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, ample towels, ample seating in the living room, fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Also a great position, close (by driving) to the centre of Leura and with amazing views onto Jamison Valley right out the front of the house. The house does not have aircon, but we stayed in the middle of summer and found that this was not an issue given that we were out all day and the temperature naturally drops in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again!

Our weekend away at Highclere was great. Fantastic views from a modern, clean and comfortable house with some lovely touches of luxury. New grass in the backyard would be great for kids to play. Appreciated that the house was quite secluded but still only a few minutes drive to Leura Mall. Would definitely like to stay again in the future.

Communication was great and quick. Couldn't get first home we chose but they recommended another nicer place which we liked better in the end.

Absolutely stunning views from the house, right on the edge of the valley. The house was newly refurbished, beautifully decorated with fireplace and heated bathroom floors. We (group of 10 friends) couldn't ask for more. Thank you
