This large, stunning townhouse in the heart of old town Oliva has been renovated to the highest standards throughout. It offers 3 spacious bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms, the house sleeps a maximum of 6 people
The entrance hall leads to a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen leads around to the dining area with seating for 6. There is a shower room and wc on this floor
From the entrance hall you can take the stairs down to the large sun-lit atrium which is ideal for quiet reading or listening to music or ,or parties and entertaining, dependant on your mood. A beautiful mosaic water feature dominates this room. There are 2 bedrooms leading off the atrium, both with fitted wardrobes.
Alternatively, take the stairs to the first floor where you will find a spacious, light and airy lounge with double doors leading out to the terrace which has unobstructed, panoramic views across the orange groves to the sea and mountains in the distance. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and sun loungers. Also on this floor you will find a generous double bedroom and second shower room. There is also a large garage as well as street parking outside.

The house is located on a quiet street behind the beautiful San Roc church on San Roc square. Within a 2 minute walk you will find a well stocked supermarket and butchers, a bakery and a bar with a lovely outside seating area. Within less than 10 minutes you will be in the heart of the town where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks. The beautiful 'Blue Flag' beaches are approximately 15 minutes drive and during the summer the Olibus runs a regular shuttle to and from the beach from the paseo/
Buses are available from the paseo and the N332 to local towns and villages on a frequent basis and are very cheap. During the summer months there is a frequent 'Olibus' service to and from the beach. Bus timetables can be collected from the Tourist Office. Oliva does not have a train station. The nearest train station is Gandia to the north or Denia to the south. There are several local taxis should you need one
This property is legally registered with the Valencian Tourist Authority (VTA) and is classified and certified by the VTA as 'Authorised Tourist Accommodation' as holiday accommodation 'Categoria E' under licence number VT-36070-V. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Please ensure you use the ashtray provided. Lead guest must be over the age of 25 years old. We reserve the right to refuse groups where the majority of guests are under 25 years old. Pets are only permitted with prior arrangements in place. The property is located in a quiet, residential area and we ask you to respect this. Please do not make any excessive noise during siesta hours from and if you are using the terrace in the evening please do not make any excessive noise or play music etc after 2100. The standard meet & greet fee is included however if you arrive out of hours from 20.00 to 2300 or after 1400 on Saturday, or any time on Sunday or Fiesta day you will be charged €30 to be paid in cash on arrival.
This property is in a quiet residential area of Oliva and we would ask guests to respect the Spanish neighbourhood. The traditional 'siesta' is in force during the hours of 2 - 5. Please do not make a noise (i.e. play music) or allow children to play outside during these hours. Please remember that the neighbours work during the day so if you are enjoying the terrace in the evening kindly bear this in mind. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but is allowed on the upper terrace. We do allow domestic pets to stay but this is under pre arranged circumstances and an extra cleaning charge must be paid on arrival. You can check in to the property from 16.00 and we require you check out by 10.00. This is to facilitate the preparation of the property for the next guests. However, dependant on when the following guests arrive/depart we can try and accommodate and earlier check in or later departures. Please note the standard 'meet & greet' fee is included in the inclusive rental price for arrivals during office hours from Monday to Saturday. If you are arriving on Sunday or a Fiesta day, or you are arriving after 20.00 and between 22.00 on a weekday, a extra charge of 15 euros is payable on arrival. For arrivals between 22.00 and 23.30 a extra charge of 30 euros is payable on arrival. We apologise but we cannot permit guest arrivals after 23.30 (unless under exceptional circumstances) as this could disrupt the neighbours.
