This beautifully updated home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. The two bedrooms each have a King bed. There are 2 full baths. The family room is actually a 3rd bedroom with 2 Twin beds and fold-out sofa bed. The living area features a beautiful rock fireplace, fully equipped kitchen that accesses a large private deck for relaxing and BBQ. The house is fully equipped for your vacationing needs. There is wifi at the home and access to Homeowner Association pier. House is located close to the bike trail system and Kaspian recreational area. Not far from Sunnyside Resort, Homewood ski area, West Shore Cafe, Firesign Cafe and local West Shore markets.

Entire House

Our office is open 7 days a week and our answering service is available 24 hours a day.

It is a short walk to the beach and HOA pier. There are great hikes just up the street from the house, not to mention easy access to Blackwood canyon next to this little neighborhood.

There is a TART bus stop across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood.

The owners have a lock box at the downstairs door, you will not be able to access this. The lock box you want it up the stairs by the front door.

Have you tidied up? Load and start the dishwasher, take Kitchen trash to outside receptacle. You may leave perishables in the refrigerator.

Do not empty the fireplace! Housekeepers will take care of this.
Do not burn on the day of your departure.

Please remove sheets and pillowcases and put in laundry room.
DO NOT put comforters, shams, mattress pads or blankets in laundry.

Take used towels to the laundry room.
Close windows, drapes and window coverings. Turn out the lights, lock the doors and windows.
Turn the heat down to 50 degrees. (NEVER OFF - PIPES WILL FREEZE IN THE WINTER!!!)

PETS: No Pets allowed, $250 fee if it is found that you brought and unauthorized pet.

Recycling is done by our garbage disposal company. Please do not leave items for recycling in the property – remove them with the trash.


THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between O’Neal Brokers, (“we” or “us”), whose principal office is located at 1877 N. Lake Blvd. P.O. Box 802, Tahoe City, CA 96145, and you. The Terms of Occupancy are considered part of this Agreement.

Rentals begin at 4:00 PM on arrival day and terminate at 10:00 AM on departure day. Your keys will be in the lockbox located at the front door of your rental property, or under the front door mat. The lockbox code will be given in your reservation package.


You hereby agree you are accepting responsibility for any and all damages to the property and its contents, including, but not limited to repairs, fines/assessments, excess cleaning, eviction. You further agree that the costs of any repairs or replacements to said property will be charged to the credit card number provided at the time of booking.

You have been charged a cleaning fee as part of your reservation. These fees are based on the size of the house and standard times to clean the property as determined by the cleaning contractors. If the cleaning required exceeds what is considered “normal”, you will be charged for the additional cleaning. If you build a fire, please do not clean out the ashes. Hot ashes will be disposed of properly by housekeeping when cooled.

NO PETS ALLOWED except by previous arrangement for select properties. A fine will be assessed by some Homeowners Associations. You will be charged $250.00 and be given a request to immediately vacate the property for bringing unauthorized pets.

Most rental properties permit two cars per property. Inquire with property manager. Additional or improperly parked cars may be towed. During the winter months (Nov. thru April) please do not park any vehicles on the street at rental HOME locations. This is prohibited by Placer County which imposes strict fines for violations.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Boats and/or trailers, mobile homes, campers, all types of motorcycles, mopeds, and snowmobiles are prohibited from use and/or parking at the condominium developments.

A $150.00 fee will be assessed for any and all spa keys, recreation passes, and/or security gate passes
that are not returned, lost or stolen.

Individual properties sleep varying amounts of persons. No more persons than for which there are
bona fide beds shall occupy a property. If you exceed the occupancy you will be charged a fine to be determined by management.

INTERNET: Most, but not all, of our properties provide internet service. It is your responsibility to ask management if the property you have rented provides internet service if this is an important feature for you.

CREDITS: Inconveniences over which we have no control and which do not warrant any refunds: breakdown of appliances or entertainment/recreational devices; internet/wireless connections;
power, gas, cable outages; adverse road/weather conditions (does not include road closures exceeding 6 hours); construction taking place in the area; a property that is not decorated to suit one’s individual taste.

Firewood is not provided in most rental properties. You can purchase boxes and bundles of wood from the local grocery stores, Save Mart and Safeway or Swigard’s True Value Hardware.

If the property you have reserved has a hot tub on the premises, please be advised that hot tubs are a wonderful, pleasurable amenity if used correctly. They are, however a very high maintenance item subject to a degree of down time. Should the hot tub at the residence or development you’ve rented not be available during your stay, $25.00 per night will be the maximum basis for any rent adjustment.
Please do not add soaps, perfumes, oils, etc. to the spa as it could incur an extra cleaning charge.

A. Renter is responsible to report, upon arrival, any damages noted in the property. Said report to be made by ph or during business hours, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
7 days a week (except major holidays). If it's after hours please feel free to leave a message.

B. Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the contents of the property, including but not limited to furniture and furnishings. Owner and agent are not responsible for any loss or damage to property left on premises by renter.

We will try to locate any of your lost items as soon as possible and send them to you. Your credit card on file will be charged for the shipping fee and a $25.00 retrieval fee. Management is not responsible for any items left behind by renters or guests.

This cabin definitely exceeded our expectations! Such a great cabin! We had an amazing time and would definitely go back!! And I was extremely impressed at just how stocked the house actually was! It says fully stocked (which can be quite skimpy) but this was seriously fully stocked!! We also stayed with another family and between us we had 3 toddlers and an 8 year old. This cabin is very kid friendly and has an amazing hill for snowplay and sledding! Great memories were definitely made!!

We had four adults and two children and there was plenty of space. It was really nice having two living areas. The place was clean and comfortable. When we needed minor things addressed, the management company was very responsive.

Leah was very helpful with any questions I had about the rental and made it very easy to check in and check out. The home was very cozy and provided everything we needed including kitchen supplies. The location is a 5 min walk to the lake and its a beautiful place that we walked to daily during our stay. The home is on a hill so it you know it will be snowing a lot be sure to bring a snow chains and sleds.

Everything was fine. The house is comfortable, well stocked, and easy to get to. Wifi was very good. Only complaint is except check out time was too early.

Our experience was awesome! The kitchen was fully stocked, and very well kept! The place was in a great location and everything was just as described! Super clean! Would definitely recommend
