This is a fantastic and newly built home with 2 separate apartments. Your enquiring about the upper floor apartment which includes

The apartment is spacious and has been designed with passive solar principles, we utilise solar power generation and hot water heating with backup support from the grid, so you are never left short.

The upper floor apartment will be just for you. Separate private entrance.
We try to be flexible with check in (2pm) and check out (10am) times depending on other guests arriving/departing. If the apartment is empty we will certainly let you in early as travellers we know how this is a god send after a long flight.
Please let us know should you need assistance getting your luggage up the stairs, we will endeavour to do so in a timely manner.
We have a key lock box so check ins/check outs during the middle of the night are hassle free.

Échanges avec les voyageurs

Whilst we do live downstairs for part of the year this apartment has a completely separate entrance and you will not see or hear from us unless you choose to contact us. Please treat Luxe on Logan as your haven for total enjoyment. Access to the property is via a locked box key system 24/7.

•Occupancy starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM on the dates shown on the booking confirmation.
•Two sets of keys are provided, $70 is taken from deposit for any lost sets.
•Please ensure the air conditioning/heating/lights are switched off whenever leaving the home to conserve energy.
•There is no refund for early departures.
•We require a booking for all guests, including children. Only those persons identified on the booking confirmation may stay in the property.
•The property must not be used for unlawful purposes.
•No animals or pets are to be brought onto the property.
•Exercise equipment is to be used at own risk.
•No smoking. Smoking inside or outside the property is prohibited. Smoking or cigarette butts discarded into garden beds may incur an additional charge for cleaning.
•The furnishings, fittings and appliances are the property of the Owners. Guests have no claim over any of these chattels.
•It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure the property meets their requirements. The Owners do not accept any responsibility for any mis-perception or mis-representation of the property.
•All Guests must conduct themselves in a proper manner so as not to cause a nuisance, including excessive noise, or interfere with the use or enjoyment of the property for other occupiers or neighbouring properties. Unruly, loud or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. Failure to comply may result in termination of the booking and loss of surety. No refund will be paid if the booking is terminated.
•Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
•If the booking ends or is terminated, Guests must immediately vacate the property.
•The Owners are not liable for any damage or loss of property that a Guest may sustain while on the property.
•Guests will be liable for payment of any charges incurred during the booking.
•Guests will be liable for any damage, breakage and loss to the property (interior and exterior) and its contents. Guests must notify damaged, broken or missing property or contents to the Owner as soon as possible.
•It is the responsibility of Guests to maintain the cleanliness of the property during the booking period. Cleaning products are provided for this purpose.
•On departure the property must be left clean and tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying dishes, stripping beds and linen, sweeping and vacuuming, cleaning the fridge, oven and grill of any food spills and turning off lights and cooling and heating. Additional Cleaning fee of $120 will apply if the apartment is not up to standard.
•The Owners may inspect the property with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if of the opinion that there has been a breach of the conditions herein.
•Payment of the deposit, or payment in full, constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

It was really great, the hosts are really polite and awesome and thoughtful, the place is perfect and private, everything that you need is here, and its really close to public transportation.

The best Airbnb place we have stayed in. The host were very friendly and helpful. Even got an offer to use a golf set but sadly did not have the time to play. Being a builder the house was well-designed and built. It was spotless and well-furnished, included food, exercise equipment and Netflix. Anna's place sets standard for Airbnb - an example for others to follow. We will try to stay there again on our next trip to Perth(URL HIDDEN)

Luxe on Logan highly recommended. Hosts very friendly and helpful, making my stay a very pleasant experience. I'll be checking availability next time I visit Perth.
