It displays the architectonic eclectic style influenced by the typical colonial house style and covers 150m². That’s why the building holds a garden, a porch, a living room, a hall or inner corridor which servers as sitting room or smoking area and leads to both of the spare rooms. Moreover, the kitchen, the dining room, the courtyard, and the proprietors’ room take place at the bottom.
