I'm a pretty easy going person. I don't really have any expectations here because I'm just starting out with airbnb. I maintain a pretty even keel of positive and relaxed energy. I work a lot and I'm pretty active and I also like to chill out and relax. If you want your privacy, that's cool with me. You'll be fully set up if you want to just relax and unwind. I will never bug you or get in your business and I hope for the same in return. :)
I have a friendly dog who is beloved by everybody. She is very clean and smells great. She sheds a little bit, so I place a couple lint brushes around just in case. I'm just starting out so I don't have any reviews. I'm looking for a little help subsidizing my mortgage and I'm not opposed to meeting some cool people along the way. Ideally, I would love to have a couple consistent people that need a regular short term place to stay when in Los Angeles, as opposed to constantly having new people. (ie; a flight attendant would be an ideal person for me or young business professionals who periodically travel to LA for work )
I try to keep a nice place by cleaning up after myself and taking good care of stuff, so I hope/expect the same in return. Guest must possess basic levels of common sense.
There are two strict rules one must abide by:
-Come with a smile.
-Leave with a smile.
