Main Bedroom -Queensize bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. A small balcony catches the northern sun. The street a premium area in Geelong.
The apartment was once called "a flat" built in the late 70s or early 80s, two bedrooms, a kitchen, Lounge/dining area and of course the bathroom. additionally a small balcony or patio. - Note the area is super deluxe Geelong, leafy wonderful street scape, beach, parks mansion homes!! wow

You have the whole apt, no sharing - be aware if you book and pay for two then you may have two only. It is not up to you to decide you may have extra guests without direct approval, I live right across the Street so I will know.

This Geelong hill area is a premium residential area, with fine homes and historic Mansions. the streetscape is beautiful and just a walk around or down to Kilgour Cafe will be enjoyable; spotting diverse architectual styles; Victorian, Queen Anne, Federation, Californian Bungalow. A stand out is "Corio Villa" 1870s - a magnificent large white "pre fab home" made in Scotland & transported to Geelong and assembled here.
The Main Melbourne Airport is 1 hr 10min via car. The "Gull Bus" runs from that airport (Tullamarine) straight to Geelong - much quicker than bus to Melbourne & Train to Geelong - The Gull can be booked online. The second Airport (domestic) is 20 minutes and easy by cab or Airport Bus.
The Rail line from Melbourne is pretty good and actually interesting racing through the "burbs" into the country to Melbourne, Geelong station is a few $ by cab or a healthy walk (with Luggage) across the CBD and up the hill. 15 minutes I say.
Generally key collection is from Quartermasters on Yarra Street, check in is from 3pm unless special arrangements are made. Check out 10;30 - 11am please. the apartment is set with Linen and towels - please bring your own Beach towels.
No Parties, No Smoking inside - if you smoke on the balcony please stub your butt and but in a bin. In Australia dropping butts is littering (and disgusting) and subject to a $220 fine. which I think is perfectly fair.
Please put out your garbage and wash the pots and pans and plates that you use.

I love to meet people when on my travels, the very best part is when by chance someone local helps you. It has happened to me many times and I make an effort to assist travellers when I can, whether it is directions when I see someone looking lost right down to have 4 German Back packers staying in the spare room when they missed a flight.
For my apartments I hope I can help make your stay great by giving good tips of things to do and providing a safe place to rest up. I am no push over, I do expect guests to be "adults" be responsible for themselves and be realistic.
Do not expect Champagne if you want to pay for beer!
We have million dollar places and a room above the pub - and everything in between.
