Luxury bright home with stunning views over the city & river. Close to all Dublin City's attractions, it is within five minutes of O'Connell St, Trinity College, Temple bar, Phoenix Park, St. Stephens Green, Grand Canal & 3 Arena. Furthermore the apartment is beside the Luas (street tram), Connolly Train / bus Station.

The apartment is very nice, bright and spacious with incredible views from the balcony of Dublin City. The kitchen is modern and well designed with everything you need. The living room is a cosy area with a comfortable couch and TV. The living room leads onto a balcony with table and chairs, a beautiful space for morning coffees or an evening wine whilst watching the sun set. The bathroom has a full bath and shower and the bedroom has a big bed with wardrobe, drawers and view over the water. The apartment is within a very safe gated complex and has 24 hour security.

Guests have full exclusive use of the apartment during their stay.

The IFSC/Grand Canal Docklands is Dublin's financial district and is one of the most exclusive areas in the City Centre. This area is abundant with great bars & cafes and is frequented by professionals, tourists and families alike . The apartment is perfect due to it's close proximity to the entire city. It is close to some of Dublin's major attractions such as O'Connell Street & The Spire, Temple Bar, , Phoenix Park, Grafton Street, St. Stephens Green & 3 Arena. Furthermore it is well serviced by trains , buses and the luas allowing efficient travel across the city to places like Guinness Storehouse or Jameson Whiskey Factory.

The Apartment is in the City Centre with most places of interest within walking distance. Temple Bar & Grafton Street are a 5 minute walk and O'Connell Street is only a 2 minute walk. The apartment is serviced by Airport direct buses (747, AirCoach) and city buses (15, 14 etc.) servicing the entire city. It is also serviced by the Luas (light rail / Tram), Dart Station and Regional Train station (Connolly Station). All of these transport links are right on your doorstep.

The Leap Visitor Card is the convenient public transport ticket for tourists and visitors to Dublin. It takes you anywhere you want to go in the city and suburbs for the following time periods:

M&P are great hosts and communication was perfect with them. The apartment is just as you can see from the pictures and description: modern, cozy, very clean, comfortable bed and amazing view! Another plus is that it's near to public transports and walking distance from the centre, but at the same time it's quiet and peaceful in the evening and you can have a nice rest. Highly recommended! Thanks again guys!

M&P were lovely and very responsive from beginning to end. They adapted very well to us arriving late at night, and had arranged for us to get the keys as soon as we got to the centre. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, and looks exactly like in the pictures - the little balcony is great. It is located in a quiet residential area near the centre of Dublin, so you can easily walk anywhere. Would definitely recommend :)

M&P sono i migliori host che abbiamo mai incontrato ( detto da due ragazze praticamente abbonate ad airb&b) . La casa è meravigliosa , pulitissima , arredata con gusto e attrezzata per ogni evenienza . La cosa più bella è la vista del canale che si gode dal balcone , ci ha lasciate sbalordite. Sulla posizione c'è poco da dire : è perfetta ! Attaccata (nel vero senso della parola ) a Connolly station, la stazione principale di Dublino . A 2 minuti da tantissime fermate di autobus e tram anche se non ne abbiamo avuto così bisogno visto che in pochi minuti abbiamo potuto raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Dublino . Torneremo sicuramente , super consigliata !

This place is outstanding! Walking distance to everything, right next to the train and luas station and so convenient! The view is amazing and the apartment is just excellent!

The apartment is perfect for 2, it was very very clean. The location is near the centre but quiet. The view from the apartment was really stunning. M & P were very responsive. We really enjoied our stay, we recommend this apartment.

Hi there, we're M&P. We are a friendly and quiet Irish couple. We both work in finance in the City Centre, and in our spare time we enjoy eating out, watching films and drinking coffee. We also enjoy travelling and exploring new cities but always love coming back to Dublin. We're not natives of Dublin but love the city, it's chilled out and incredibly diverse. Dublin is a very accepting and friendly city and of course everyone is welcome to be our guest. :)
