Welcome to House 90120 !
Located at the heart of Seoul, Gangnam, which will make you a lot easier to travel around Seoul.
If you are looking for a spacious dormitory room at a reasonable price in Gangnam, Seoul, my place would be the best option for you.
The room itself is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. We have a free WiFi access point inside the room, an A/C, a hanger, and a small private bathroom with a shower.
My place is located in the safe and quiet residential area near Seolleung Station which is on Metro Line 2(You’ll never know how convenient it is to have Metro Line 2 near you in Seoul). Gangnam station is just two stops away where you can eat, shop and party, and just one stop away from Samsung Station where COEX mall is located. It’s within walking distance anyway.
I live inside the building in my room which is a totally separated space. So I would be available to handle most of the emergency cases or just to provide information.
The building itself is insured against fire and surrounded by 6 surveillance cameras which serves the security purpose and is connected to the screen in the host room. Of course, everything is being recorded 24/7.
Breakfast will be served at a small fee in the common kitchen on the first floor by me(the host) every morning with a nice cup of coffee or tea.
Clean protection pad and linens for the bed will be provided to make you feel comfortable when sleeping.
Basic bath amenities such as towels, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and a hair dryer will also be provided.
Check-ins start from 16:00 up to midnight.
Late check-ins are possible if you notice in advance.
Check-outs end at 11:00 in the morning.
I ask you to smoke only in the designated area. (parking lot)
I ask you for basic manners while staying with us and the other guests.
