Markus' place is perfectly located for your stay in Stockholm. A short walk takes you to the nearest underground station, which is just two stops from central Stockholm. The neighbourhood appears quiet and clean, there's a grocery store around the corner. The flat itself is perfect for one, maybe two people, has everything you need and feels cosy and welcoming. For digital nomads in particular, there's very fast broadband internet and a dining table that doubles perfectly as laptop-friendly working space for up to two people. I didn't meet Markus in person, but communication on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) was a breeze with fast and very helpful replies to all my queries. Markus definitely earns a 5-star recommendation from me!
This place should literally NOT be on Airbnb!!! It is so extremely filthy and disgusting - hair, dust, nails, burned food EVERYWHERE! You should defiantly do a check-up on this place!

Hi Anne, I am really sorry you felt this way about the apartment. However, neither before or after, has no one has ever been criticizing the place this way which made me think why this is, and here is what I realized: During your stay, you told me that you were visiting Stockholm because you were having a presentation about your cleaning- and preparation company. I think its fair to say that the cleaning standard, and cleaning expectation, of someone who works with cleaning as a profession, is higher (or even far higher) than an ordinary guest. I just don't think you can help but noticing details that other people wouldn't (and according to my previous ratings, aren't) noticing. Some of the things you write were dirty, simply weren't dirty, in my opinion, I cleaned it myself before your arrival and I have checked it afterwords. I can't even find some of the things (spots etc.) that you are talking about. Either way, I will for sure take your feedback with me and keep the apartment even cleaner for the future, with the goal of one day be able to meet your spotless expectations. Regarding your critique of our dialogue: Yes, it did take me long to answer some of your questions upon arrival and I am sorry for this, I was very much offline during those days but should still have answered you more quickly regarding the iron. However, the assumed answer to the iron question must be a no when it hasn't been listed nor answered. I was even trying to get you an iron from a family member, just because I wanted to be a good host. But at that point you had already fixed the problem yourself and did not need my help. It is not true that I did not give you housenumber and other details about the apartment long before your arrival. Check our airbnb dialogue. All-in-all, I am sorry about you feeling this way about you stay, and I will use your feedback to improve the place and my own communication with guests. But just like practically all other guests I've ever had, I simply can not agree with you on the level of negativity and critique upon the place. Take care /M
