Our 'goldilocks' home gives you the best of both worlds - quick & easy access to everything central London has to offer... plus the opportunity to experience authentic suburban London life the way its regular inhabitants do.
Situated close by to one of London's famous 'green spaces', Alexandra Palace & Park, we are also well-placed for central London, being a quick commute to either the West End / Oxford Circus or the City of London (Moorgate / Old Street).
Car parking in our road is free.
Built in the late 19th century, our 3-bed Grade II Listed Edwardian cottage has recently been extensively modernised. It's comfortable and well laid out so that everything is within easy reach.
That's why we call it our 'Goldilocks' house - it's not too hot, not too cold, not too big, and not too small. And it has a large and sunny garden -- ideal for alfresco dining.

Échanges avec les voyageurs
We're usually on hand to answer any questions, or help out with anything. If we're away, we have a backup 'host', in the form of our neighbour and good friend, Dave.
We ask only that you treat our home as you would your own, and leave it at the end of your stay in the same condition you found it.
Thank you! We look forward to welcoming you to our home :-)

I only 'discovered' Airbnb in late 2015. However, four trips to the Continent in six months - France, Belgium, Italy and Tenerife - convinced me that this is a *great* way to bring people together. Because you get to meet people in their own, authentic environment... rather than a tourist setting.
I'm so sold on Airbnb, I listed my own home, and - after a couple of 'user errors' (!) - started hosting visitors to my wonderful home city of London.
I look forward to meeting many more fellow Airbnbers - both in my home, and abroad.
I speak workable French and Portuguese... and am working to improve my Italian. Bonjour... Ola... Ciao!
