This beautiful one-bedroom 945-sq foot apartment is in the heart of the Warehouse District. Just minutes from the East Bank Flats and a 15 minute walk to East 4th Street, the Q and all RNC-related activities.
This apartment is located on the second highest floor of a newly renovated warehouse, originally built in the late 1800s. The location is wonderful - walking distance to countless restaurants and bars as well as the Quicken Loans Arena and both banks of the Cuyahoga River. The view displays the Keybank building and Terminal Tower as well as the river and bridge. The kitchen is brand new, stocked with bottled water, and has a blender, espresso maker and electric kettle.
Accès des voyageurs
The entire apartment will be yours to use - including a full bathroom, kitchen (with washer and dryer), living room and bedroom. The space is very open and has an urban feel to it. You will also have access to the building's amenities - a fitness center, atrium, and community lounge (with four cable TV's). Key fobs are required to access the apartment itself as well as these amenities and the building as a whole, and there are security guards that patrol the building each night.

I'll be available by phone 24/7 in case you need anything, and I work at Playhouse Square (~5 minute drive away) so I'll be close and able to help out in person at almost any time. I'm also more than happy to recommend things to do, places to go and what to eat!
Cats used to live in the apartment so anyone with a serious allergy may want to avoid this space.
Smoking is allowed in the atrium, which is just down the hallway from the apartment. Feel free to use the kitchen, TV, record player, etc. I'm pretty easy-going when it comes to rules, I only ask that you respect that this is my home and try not to break anything!
