Rules and Regulations:
This is not a comprehensive list. We expect all tenants to exercise their good judgment in being respectful neighbors and responsible citizens.

1.Please allow your neighbors the consideration of quiet enjoyment at all times. Be especially mindful between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

2.Between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, follow the San Diego quiet ordinance (SDMC (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). If excessive noise is reported you can receive a fine up to $1,000.

3.If repeated complaints are received about noise issues, Dana Horne Realty reserves the right to impose a fine of $100 per occurrence to be deducted from your security deposit. If the police are called and a fine levied, you will be given a notice of eviction and will forfeit your security deposit or reservation dues.

4.If you are having issues with noise from your neighbors, please contact Dana Horne Realty. It is best to contact us while the disturbance is happening; there is not much we can do after the fact. It is our goal that everyone in the building is comfortable.

5.Limit parties and gatherings to no more than 8 guests and make sure that guests are respectful of your neighbors and the property.

6.This is a non-smoking building. If you opt to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly without leaving them on the grounds of the apartment complex.

7.Please do not hang any clothes, towels, or other laundry on the railings.

8.Please do not put any stickers on any windows.

9.Park only in your designated spot or you may be towed at your own expense.

10. Report any water damage or leaks to Dana Horne Realty immediately. Small leaks can cause much damage if not attended to in a timely manner.

Good location, accurate description, quiet (despite being so close to the street) and secure. Overall great stay. Gave it 5 stars. Minor gripes: the bed(s) in the bedroom are not very comfortable. A mattress Topper would go a long way there.

I earned my Real Estate License in 1979, my Broker’s License in 1984 and founded Dana Horne Realty in 1987. In the year 2000 I purchased my first vacation rental property and a new aspect of my business was born . . .vacation rental management. My wife, Becky, is our "Vacation Rental Manager". Together with our small, but experienced staff, we pride ourselves on strong customer service and making ourselves available to our clients before, during, and after office hours, seven days a week.
