This roomy 3-bedroom Galveston home is newly remodeled and filled with all new furnishings including comfy pillow top mattresses and a large comfortable couch. A leisurely walk of 2 blocks will bring you to the beach and in the other direction lies nearby Downtown Galveston filled with unique shops and restaurants and art galleries designed to stimulate the mind and body.
Walk to Miller's Seawall Grill, a local favorite for gumbo, crab legs, and key lime pie, and stop in for a refreshing post-beach drink at one several bars overlooking the Gulf on your way home.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Bright and airy, the living room features a big sectional sofa you can really stretch out on! A 60” flat-screen TV and room enough for 10 people to recline gives new meaning to the term family time. A 2nd living area is just off the main living room and has a comfy sleeper sofa and two chairs.
Our beautiful open kitchen features all new appliances, a gas stove, and handsome granite countertops. An oversized center island with 4 bar stools anchors the space.; while the dining area has an eye-catching country-style table made of reclaimed wood from the remodel of this house with seating for 10. Don’t miss the laundry facilities and ½ bath off the kitchen.
Upstairs, you will find a peaceful master bedroom complete with a deluxe queen-size bed with a brand-new Simmons Beautyrest mattress set. A flat screen TV, and a new spacious master bath outfitted in splendor, complete this relaxing space.
Find two comfy pillow top full-size beds and lots of natural light in the both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms! A Jack-and-Jill guest bath is pretty and classic, completely remodeled with a shower/tub and pedestal sink with direct access from 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
The outside space helps to rival the inside offering: a front and pack patio, upstairs balcony, and a lush backyard! In addition the back patio has a propane grill and outdoor shower with hot water, ready for those returns from the beach.
There is also plenty of room for 2 cars in the garage.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
