I feel sad and disappointed with his revenge review though we did our best to host him including "giving him a lift to the bus stop at 3AM”. After Chahine’s staying we found the electric cover of air conditioner has been disappeared so we compensated for the damage. I did a right thing as a owner of B&B but Chahine misunderstood that was a kind of attack from us. This was just asking to Airbnb to ask their support for us. So about Chahine, he is thinking of B&B is a luxury hotel like he thinks. While he was staying I asked him to be quiet at night because it was after 22:00 quiet time and our neighbor rang us to know Chahine was noisy outside. I strongly believe this was a right thing as a B&B owner. If not, police comes to his room due noisy. This is TOKYO. One more thing, he is writing a lie about driving fee. We asked him to pay 3000JPY so as to lift he and his friend to the limousine bus stop at “3AM” but he is writing a wrong thing. My prince was an appropriate price exactly. It was our kindness for them but we are very sad about his lie review… About this thing, now Airbnb is checking our message board to see his lie. I feel sorry for Chahine about his staying was not a good for him but I would love him to stay at a hotel from next time. Praying for his peace in mind.
