1. THE BUILDING IS PET FRIENDLY (CATS AND DOGS ONLY)
THESE ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN THE PRIVATE UNIT AND
NOT IN ANY OF THE COMMON AREAS AS THE POOL, TERRACE OR GYM.
2. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS IN THE UNIT IS LIMITED TO THOSE AUTHORIZED
IN THE CONDOMINIUM REGIME, AND SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 4
OCCUPANTS IN UNIT 1 BEDROOM, 6 OCCUPANTS IN UNITS OF 2 BEDROOMS
AND 8 OCCUPANTS IN THE PH.
3. ANY PERSON WHO IS NOT LISTED IN THE OCCUPATION APPLICATION HAS
DENIED ACCESS TO THIS BUILDING. AND LIKEWISE, TENANTS HAVE NO
FRIENDS AND VISITORS ALLOWED TO MAKE USE OF COMMON AREAS OF THIS
NOTE: THERE IS COST OF ACCESS TO VISIT AND MAKE USE OF THIS
PROPERTY FACILITIES OF THE PARK OF $ 100 USD. PER DAY.
5. WHILE THE UNIT IS RENTED OR WITH GUEST, USE OF FACILITIES THE PARK
IS LIMITED ONLY TO THE TENNANTS REGISTERED IN THE APPLICATION OF

9. THE PARKING AREA IN THE BASEMENT CAN ONLY BE OCCUPIED BY
OWNERS WHO HAVE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES.
10. GUESTS SHOULD NOT USE THE UNIT TO ALTER THE PEACE AND QUIET OF
THIS BUILDING OR OTHER OWNERS. EXCESSIVE NOISE IS NOT TOLERATED
OF 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
11. THE PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OF ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY FOR
MISUSE OF OUR FACILITIES.
12. ALL TENANTS, VISITORS OR OCCUPANTS OF UNITS ARE THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER OF THE UNIT WHERE ARE LEAVING.
ROOF TERRACE RULES
1. Pets are NOT allowed on this level.
2. This level is open 10:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday to Sunday excluding
the gym which is open 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
3. Nudity or exhibitionism is not permitted.
4. Loud offensive language is not permitted in any common area of this
