There is an abundance of antique and historic homes in our waterfront community that are unique to the history of the area.
The rental unit is a half house (townhouse) with private access and complete privacy. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and there is a sitting room / library that can be used as a third bedroom with a day bed (twin bed). The large brick patio will only be available to you and your group. It has a dining table and chairs, lounging patio chairs and BBQ grill. The home is artfully decorated with objects I have picked up in my travels and at the many flea markets in the area. I have traveled extensively and have stayed in many guest homes and rental units and I strive to provide a travel experience that I myself would enjoy.
You will have a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and dine, two flat screen T.V's, separate dining room and living room and 1.5 bathrooms. High speed wi-fi and cable T.V. are also provided.
Historic Seacoast community, Beaches, Islands, The Great Salt Marsh, Merrimack River, Ocean and 500 acre State Park are all minutes away.

8 miles to Plum Island (barrier island) and the Federal Wildlife Refuge (Parker River Refuge). This area is part of the Great Salt Marsh that spans Cape Anne to Seabrook NH and is known nationally as one of the top birding areas.
Newburyport is a unique coastal community with the 2nd largest concentration of Federal style homes in the U.S.. Extremely large homes which were once owned by sea captains adorn the main street with most sporting at "widow's watch" or cupola at the top of the home.
Restaurants, Farmers market on Sunday, boutique shops, whale watching tours, salt marsh boat tours, and a beautiful wooden boardwalk along the river shoreline are just a few of the high points in the area.
