The bright and flexible house comprises an impressive double aspect reception room with double height void opening to the kitchen below. The natural lower ground floor has separate access from the front boasting a stunning open plan fully-equipped kitchen/family/dining room with modern kitchen and full height glass doors which open to the garden. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with patio area and secure side access to the front. The first floor comprises a spacious double aspect master bedroom/dressing room, en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Additionally there are three further bedrooms, a family bathroom and a guest toilet.

Guests renting the house will have access to its private garden and will be able to use the parking space attached to the house. Some wardrobes will be sealed.

Guests are expected to take good care of the house and of its content during their stay. Mandatory cleaning once a week by a professional cleaner is included in the price. Garbage should be put out on the street on Thursday evening and bins should be put back by the house vicinity on Friday morning.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful home. The location was excellent, right near Clapham common and a number of good restaurants. Also quite accessible to central London by tube or bus. The house itself is beautiful, clean and modern, with a wonderful garden and plenty of living space. Finally, we were met by Isa, who was very helful and friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed. I would most definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in London.
