I will not be present. However, I do have a roommate who occupies the upper level of my home. And I do have a home office in the upper level that I will be in and out of during the day.
While my space is listed as a "private room", it's more like a private apartment, minus a full kitchen.

I'm a native Minnesotan living in Minneapolis. Love to travel, get-togethers with friends, and the outdoors. Toby, my Chihuahua/Terrier and I have lived in the home for 12 years, during which time I've remodeled it completely, bringing a late '70s split entry into modern times. I currently rent the upper level of my home to a long-time friend who is also available to answer questions when I'm not available.
