Located on one of the upper floors of the prestigious Admiralty Tower development, our apartment contains everything you'll need to make your stay in Portsmouth comfortable and memorable.

The kitchen area is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils and a range of high-quality appliances. The lounge area features a comfortable sofa bed and a full-HD TV. The glass table in the dining area can be extended, if required. The balcony affords spectacular views of Portsmouth, the Isle Of Wight, the Solent, Hayling Island and the entire surrounding area - perfect viewing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine!

The bedroom can be arranged to accommodate twin beds or a king bed, according to your requirements. Luxurious cotton sheets help you snuggle into a great night's sleep after enjoying the sea air or wandering around nearby Gunwharf Quays. You can rest assured that you'll have a peaceful night thanks to the apartment block's policy of not allowing any loud noise after 11 pm.

There is ample storage in the built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, as well as in the hallway.

High-speed internet and wifi are available throughout the apartment.

If you book a stay, we'd be delighted to let you use our private, allocated parking space inside the secure Admiralty Tower residents' parking area.

Our apartment couldn't be in a more convenient location. Portsmouth Harbour train station (with links to London, Brighton, Southampton, amongst many others) is a 5 minute walk away. The M275 motorway (which connects the area to London and all the key attractions along the south coast) is a mere 5 minute drive away. The entrance to Portsmouth's International Ferry Terminal (with links to France and Spain) is right at the start of the M275. The Gunwharf Quays outlet mall (which also offers a wide range of entertainment and dining options) is a 5 minute walk away, as are the shops at Commercial Road. The beaches at Southsea are a 10 minute drive away. Last but not least, Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard is pretty much on our doorstep!

L'appartement est génial avec une super vue. Parking dans l'immeuble donc très pratique. Dariush et sa femmes sont très accueillants. Je recommande sans hésitation! Merci encore!

Apartment looked exactly like the photos, clean building inside and out with fantastic views over the majority of Portsmouth and more. Located within a 10 minute walk of almost everywhere and near great transport links to further afield. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Our stay in Dariush's appartement was honestly really amazing. Firstly, the communication was quick and efficient. Then, the apartment was clean, over equipped, even the lights are lovely and the view is wonderful. It is really close from the city center or the tower where we spent a lot of time. The apartment can be really warm during the night, but we can fix the problem with the fan or we could opened the windows. I highly recommend this place!

This apartment is really nice and is only a few minutes from Gunwarf and the train station. 19 th floor with a spectacular view. The apartment is modern and has it all. The owner is helpful.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement, und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend schön. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Auch der Stellplatz war sehr komfortabel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great apartment, true to description. Stunning to have the view and to see Portsmouth from this angle. Location perfect for visiting Historic dockyard, shopping either at Gunwharf or Portsmouth centre and easy distance from the sea front at Southsea. Private parking is a bonus as well, in such a busy area. If you're tempted, go for it - you won't regret it.
