A cosy fishermans cottage, built in the 1820s. A gorgeous place to stay & perfect base to explore the coast. There are nearby stunning beaches, a Michelin star pub within walking distance, St Michaels Mount, the Minack Theatre, Newlyn Film House, Newlyn fish bar & much more! Thank you for looking :-) Samaya
Please treat our cottage with care and follow the instructions on the house rules manual. Do note that the door ways to utility room and to the bathroom are very low - please mind your head!! The stairs are quite steep and the woodburner gets very hot, and the knives in the kitchen are very sharp so please handle with care. Please contact us before booking if you are booking with children - the bunks are only really suitable for young children / teenagers. Please do not bring extra guests. Please use everything with care and if anything breaks please let us know straight away. If things get broken, we will take the cost of a replacement out of your deposit. No shoes upstairs please - only slippers. Please be gentle the taps, door handles / window locks, and light fittings, they all work but some are old and may take a little jiggle. Mainly, we ask for common sense and to be gentle, as some of the items in the cottage are antique (older than us even) and special. We want to share our space with you and for you to enjoy it. Welcome to our cottage!

I love Cornwall, especially Newlyn! I am a mum of one teenager, a self employed vintage fashion and textile seller...I love music, dancing, I swim in cold water, and read too many detective novels.... I look forward to welcoming you - do send me a message if you have any questions! Sam x
