Apartment consist of bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom.
Bedroom is fitted with King size bed with pocket spring mattress. All pillows are made of memory foam.
Foldable sofa bed can fit up to 3 persons (we charge same price for 5 and 6 guests).
Well equipped kitchen, has basic condiments on stock (spices, oil etc.)
Floor in bathroom is heated in the winter season, is well appreciated by the guests.
Quiet* and spacious apartment 58m2 will make you feel like at home.
*On some Saturdays the are child classes next door (9AM – 3PM), on Fridays the day before apartment will have a price reduction.
You can park your car in front of the building. Closest guarded 24h parking is 500m from property.

You will have full access to the property 24h with up to two sets of keys.

There will be someone waiting for you at the property at the check-in (mostly my mom). She will provide you with the phone number so you can contact her if needed.
I might be available on the phone (mostly in the evenings), alternatively I will reply trough airbnb app as soon as I can.
There are some city guides and a map available in the apartment.
In kitchen you will find basic utilities and spices, cooking oil etc.
In bathroom there is soap, shower gel and shampoo available.
Inform us about arrival time at least a night before.
No smoking at the premises.
No pets allowed.
You can invite guest during day time.
Between 10PM and 8AM there are quiet hours no loud music nor invite guests at the apartment at those hours is permitted.
I was born in Lodz and grew up here.
I travel a lot internationally for work that is why I had to move to Warsaw.
I love my apartment a lot, I spent hundreds of hours refurbishing it and building it piece by piece. That is why I rather rent it than sell it :).
Moreover I have place to stay when visiting family and old friends.
