We are located in the enviable position of having nature on one side of us and a vibrant downtown with a lively night life on the other side – all in walking distance. Also, our front yard is a vegetable garden that guests are welcome to enjoy (in season).
Located close to downtown Guelph, this unit is a one bedroom apartment in a five-plex, limestone building that was built circa 1867. It has charming deep-set windows and 10-foot ceilings. There is a full kitchen and bath. The entire apartment was renovated in 2016 with new flooring throughout, new kitchen appliances and cabinets.

Guests have access to the entire apartment (except the basement), front deck, and side alleyway. There is one free parking space on the property. From April 1 until December 1, there is overnight parking on the street if needed.

Sorry, no pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Smokers are welcome to use the front deck and the side alleyway. Please dispose of your butts in the cans provided. Our tenants are real treasures. Please be courteous and limit unnecessary noise. And, of course, leave the unit in the same condition in which you found it. Thank you!
