NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal roof-top areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit

NOISE: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS from 10PM-8AM (week) and 11PM - 9AM (weekends).


VISITORS: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 5 individuals during your stay.

NO LIT CANDLES -- We have electric battery-operated candles for all your mood-lighting needs :)

NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS -- If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. You may be subject to the forfeit of your security deposit and/or removal from the property is you are found in violation of this.

DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.

PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

Upon entry I was really excited about this place! Aesthetically pleasing, but it mostly stops there. Big high ceilings and the furniture make it look spacious and well put together. Even the beds are comfortable. I was to stay there for 6 days with a girlfriend of mine, and during my stay I had a couple more friends help me set things up for a work event, and I made them dinner. I'm certain that this property has never actually been lived in. Things that would have been nice, and that every Airbnb I've ever been in has, but this did not (I will go into detail after): proper lighting, hot water in the shower, wi-fi, soap in the hand soap dispenser, soap for the shower, more than 2 garbage bags, laundry detergent for the machines there, a broom,and on a more serious note, the smoke detector wasn't functioning properly as the battery kept reminding me that it needed a change every two minutes. There were two bedrooms, in one of the bedrooms all of the track lighting from the ceiling had burnt out bulbs. When my friends lamp went out, I had to give her a bulb from one of my two table side lamps. There were some burnt out bulbs in the main room as well. The wi-fi was very spotty and sometimes I couldn't get a signal for an hour. I let the host know and someone finally came five days into my stay but I needed to be there which wasn't the most convenient option as I was in town for a work event. After a few days, the shower was only emitting lukewarm to cool water, in both the main shower and the tub shower! Not to mention, there was no soap provided in either, and the handsink soap dispenser had literally two squirts left when we arrived. I spent more time irritated in this space than anything else. How do you not provide essentials like enough toilet paper or soap for two people for 6 days? It's aesthetically pleasing but not functional. Like a Trojan Horse. Looks can be deceiving. It's clear that no one actually lives in this unit. When I had asked about recycling, you would know if you lived there that there is none. I had several cardboard boxes, as I had stayed for work, and had many packages delivered for an event at the Majestic that week. I think before any guest stays here, it should be fully equipped with soap and toilet paper and trash bags, and someone should check to make sure that all of the lights and smoke detectors are working and fully charged. The basics, and hot water would have been nice in the shower. Finally, the unit isn't in the best neighborhood in town, and it's not like the landlord is there if you need them. It's very sketchy outside the two blocks surrounding the entrance. Very strong urine odor.

The place looks amazing, even better than the photos. All toileteries are provided, washing powder as well. All the essentials are there except for coffee capsules. There is a coffee machine but you have to buy capsules. This is a Downtown location that is quite noisy during the night, I had to sleep with earplugs and also the blinds are not black-out. Check-in instructions are a lenghty document that a guest is required to read thoroughly and sign an agreement. The whole process takes too much time. Additional payment for the garage can be done only online and in advance. Answers to messages are instant, but these are just automated responses because you don't communicate directly with the host. Every question has to be checked with the host and it can take a while before you get the answer.

Gorgeous house at downtown LA. Don't be scared by the area since it only takes a few moments to get used to the place. I would also suggest taking the car pass if you're renting a car since it's very cheap and the car park is right near by.

The location was really spacious and comfortable. Lots of amenities and in proximity to walk to a lot of great restaurants.
