Our modest single family home is located in the Fox Point neighborhood - close to Brown, RISD, downtown and great Providence parks. Shopping and dining are steps away on Wickenden, Wayland, Ives and Thayer. We live on a quiet one way street.
The entire house is just the right size - nothing more and nothing less. The three rooms could easily be reconfigured into a master bedroom, office and downstairs living room, but, for maximum AirBnB effectiveness, each room now accommodates a few guests looking for a more unique experience than the traditional hotel.
The living room opens into the kitchen and is separated by dark drapes as opposed to a door when converted into a bedroom. It has a full size futon that is very comfortable.
The upstairs has two rooms. The master suite is spacious with a desk, seating area and full size bed.
The third bedroom is small but cozy with a full size futon bed, dresser, and small desk.
A well equipped kitchen is available to you for cooking meals. Coffee and tea is provided! Ask us if you require anything special during your stay and we will try to accommodate you.
The downstairs bathroom is off of the kitchen, and has a bath with shower.
The upstairs bathroom is a new full bath with marble floors and fully tiled bathtub and shower.
We also have a few instruments: bass, guitars and a ukulele if you want to play some music.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests can use the washer and dryer in the basement.
Ask us if you would like to ride a bike -- we have a few! We try to keep them in good condition but they may need some occasional tuning and work. Let us know before your stay if you would like one and we'll try and get it prepared. We ask you to sign a liability release if you do ride the bikes.
There is overnight street parking by permit only -- we can accommodate 1 car with a guest pass. We do not have a driveway or off-street parking, so you will need to plan accordingly.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
Since we will be renting our entire house, we may be out of town during your stay, so that you have privacy and all of the space available for your needs. If we can make it work, we will meet you upon arrival and departure. We have friends close by to help with our listing when we are away, and can always be reached by phone or email.
During the winter, the city may ban parking on streets due to high levels of snow. This usually happens during winter storms that except 4"> of snowfall. If a snow parking ban is in effect, you are responsible for securing a location for your car.

Hello! I am an explorer who has landed in Providence, RI for the foreseeable future. I always enjoy using Airbnb on trips, so figured I would host.
To manage our space, I've luckily got the help of my girlfriend Erin and our good friend JJ. We are three friends who enjoy traveling and hosting people in Providence RI.
Danny is originally from Athens, GA but now lives in Providence with Erin. he talks in third person, does web development and enjoys entrepreneurship and playing music. He also enjoys vegetarian cooking and eating, soccer, climbing, running, hiking, biking. He thinks he's easy to talk to and very easy going! Danny's fav travel experience would be biking around the Andes mountains in Peru. Something he couldn't live without would be his stainless steel water bottle. His fav food...hmmm...sweet potato. for now.
Erin has lived in many places, but spent a good majority of her formative years in the Washington, D.C. 'burbs. She now resides with Danny in Providence while constantly planning the next adventure. Her favorites include an incredible year living in Bergen, Norway and frequent trips over the border to the wonderful provinces of Canada. Outside of wanderlust she enjoys vegetarian cooking, biking, hiking, yoga, being an advocate for the zero-waste movement & the environment, and playing spacey tunes on her guitar.
JJ is a writer originally from New Jersey and has lived in Providence since 2015. She loves the city's laid-back, artistic, and musical culture. JJ likes traveling, sings harmony with a choir and a band, and is learning to play the ukulele. She traveled with her boyfriend Don to Napa Valley for 2 weeks last summer on Airbnb, and they had a wonderful time! JJ's profile with reviews of her as a guest and a host can also be found here: https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/3201516
