Tranquil setting in Bribie Island tourist precinct.
Villa with 2 floors, each floor functioning as a separate living space, and a 3rd floor boasting an open air spacious sitting and viewing deck offering million dollar views of Moreton Bay. This deck at the highest point of our suburb, offers a 360 degrees spectacular panorama. Towards the ocean you'll see Moreton Bay with Bribie Island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe and if clear weather conditions you may distinguish the cranes of Port of Brisbane at the horizon. Towards inland the deck overlooks the green Sandstone Point suburb and part of the Glasshouse Mountains.
Sunrises, sunsets and moon-rise seen from the deck are stunning, star gazing and enjoying of the unique view of Bribie Island by night are a must!
The villa easily accomodates 10 persons.
Both downstairs- and upstairs living spaces have each 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen, dining room, sitting lounge, and 1 bathroom + toilet.
An extra sofa-bed for 2 persons is available downstairs.
The ground floor has a pleasant outlook on the garden and the swimming pool. There is a nice shady sitting area between the dining lounge and the swimming pool.
Upstairs, the ocean view is more dominant and you also have garden views.
Within 15 min walking you can reach:
•Sandstone Point Hotel famous for its entertainment & events
•Pebble Beach shopping area and community grounds
•Spinnaker Sound Marina.
Within 10 min by car you can reach the Bribie Jetty area, beach spots of Bongaree, Banksia, White Patch, Red Beach and Woorim.
Bribie Island offers a wealth of touristic attraction. Information and brochures are awaiting you at your arrival.
Within 1 hour by car you can reach Brisbane Airport, Brisbane CBD, Glasshouse Mountains, Australia Zoo, Maleny - Montville area, Sunshine Coast and Noosa etc...with numerous touristic attractions.
From Brisbane and the Airport our place can be reached by train and bus via Caboolture Station. There is a bus stop only 50m away from the house.
If you prefer to be picked up from the airport or the city with our Tesla Model S electric car, please check for availability and conditions.

All guests have full access to the swimming pool area, the viewing deck on the top level of the house, the garage and laundry facilities area.
Tesla EV drivers and other Electric Car drivers can use our Tesla Destination Charger, 3 phase 32A with EVSE equipment available in the garage, and a single phase 15A socket located outside.

We live nearby the house and like to meet with guests but we also interact with mutual respect for each others privacy time.
Languages: we'll do what we can to interact in English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien.
We are more than happy to offer advice and recommendations to guests who want any information to help make their trip more enjoyable and stress-free.
In case of emergency we are nearby and only a phone call away.

Yoga & meditation: feel free to join the Yoga and meditation sessions held next-door. Ask for times upon arrival. Free of charge.
For everyone's protection, the reserving guests must provide photo ID to receive the keys.
The number of guests staying at our property cannot exceed the number of guests booked for in the reservation. Any additional guests cannot be accepted without a prior written permission by the host.
Guests will forfeit their reservations with no refund and be removed from the premises immediately if they violate house rules.
No parties or events without prior agreement.
Guest are responsible for dish washing.
Doors and windows are to be closed whenever guests leave the house, be it temporary or after their stay.
No shoes permitted on the upstairs floor in the house, please leave your shoes in the garage at the ground-floor.
The property has group restrictions allowing up to 10 adults maximum. We do not accept schoolies bookings or group bookings for non-family related stays over the schoolies period.
Please be mindful about other guests when using TV or radio and be aware of the time of the day!
