It is unfortunate that you make it seem like you had problems accessing the apartment. We sent you a welcome email before your check in, outlining how to access the property, including the security code for the main gate, where to park, directions on how to get here, and check in procedures. Perhaps you didn’t read that email and that’s why we were more than happy to explain all this to you again when you asked us. As for the keys, yes we didn’t open the door and give you the keys immediately upon saying hello, but you had keys in your hand within a few minutes of checking in, and once again you had no problem accessing the property during your stay. Our offering breakfast food to our guests is a courtesy we extend as we want you to feel welcome in our home, it is very unfortunate that you managed to find fault in this gesture of hospitality. The layout of the room and bathroom is as seen in the pictures, to correct you, it is not directly off the main living area, there is a small corridor where the door for your bathroom and room were (as can be seen in the pictures).
Being this your first AirBnB experience we understand sharing an apartment with someone else might not be for you. We wish you the best of luck in your future travels.
