This spectacular ground floor corner apartment is 15 minutes from old Marbella City Centre and just a few minutes drive to Puerto Banús, one of the worlds most luxurious marinas, where the millionaires moor their yachts, with some of the best restaurants, nightlife and bars. Guadalmina has great beaches, tennis and paddle courts. There are miles of lovely sandy beaches all along the coast many with chiringhito's.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy a relaxing break and wish to wine and dine at home. All 4 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms.

Both the master bedroom and two other bedrooms have ample storage space. Linen and towels are provided for you. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or staff.

The ground floor apartment is situated in the very heart of 'Costa del Golf' with Guadalmina Golf is right on the doorstep and many other nearby Golf resorts, such as El Paraiso, Marbella Club, Monte Mayor, Aloha Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Estepona are within minutes drive away. Thirty minutes will see you at Valdarama or San Roque. In all there are some thirty golf courses all easily accessible from the house.

This perfectly located villa means you can visit Malaga, Tarifa or Gibraltar and still be in home in time for a swim in the evening. Explore Seville, Ronda. Granada and Cordoba in a day.

Loads of Kids activities Kidz Kingdom, Selwo and Aqua Park are just some of the adventures close by for kids’ day out.

Connecting the airport with Marbella in 45 minutes.
Gibraltar airport is 70 km from the holiday home.
Malaga train station is 60 km, and there are special buses, which connect the railway with Marbella.
From Marbella to San Pedro de Alcántara you can go by bus or by taxi (only 15 minutes).
If you decide to rent a car, you have to drive by A7 or AP7 following the signs out of the airport for Algeciras. If you are coming by A7, you have to pass San Pedro de Alcántara and on your right you will find Guadalmina exit. If coming by AP 7 you have to exit at San Pedro de Alcántara.

SURROUNDING ACTIVITIES and PLACES TO VISIT
Marbella Old Town:
Marbella Old Town is a hidden gem of a place. It can be found just up from the main Ricardo Soriano Road through Marbella (at the eastern end of the town). Just five minutes walk from the centre of town, the old town offers cobbled streets, authentic tapas bars and the famous Orange Square, which is home to some of the best art galleries, shops and restaurants in town.

Paseo Maritimo de Marbella:
The Paseo Maritimo of Marbella is lined with a great choice of bars, restaurants and seafood cafés, but it still gives the feeling of space. If you want to treat yourself, book a table at Santiago´s on the eastern end of the Paseo, famous for its fresh lobster and seafood, or sample some authentic paella and Mediterranean fish at one of the many beach bars on the sand. Pasta da Bruno is also a good option if you fancy going ´Italian´ for the day.

Kids things to do Marbella:
One of the most popular family parks in Marbella is Funny Beach, which offers cable skiing, go-karting, an amusement arcade, trampolines, video games, electric bikes, a pool and children’s rides. The restaurant also serves kiddy-friendly food.
The Marbella tourist train is a good way to get around the town, or take a ride on a horse and carriage, and discover the hidden parts of town. If you fancy driving slightly further afield, take a trip to Selwo Wildlife Park near Estepona (about 8 minutes from the house) and view over 2,000 species in a semi-natural environment, or take a trip to Tivoli Amusement Park in Benalmadena, with plenty of kids rides and live entertainment. Quad biking, paint balling, the Bioparc Fuengirola zoo and jeep safaris are also popular options in and around Marbella.

Beach Activities Marbella:
If you prefer to hang loose and soak up the sun on one of Marbella’s many beaches, hire a sun-bed and parasol for around €5 per day, and enjoy lunch in a local beach bar. If you are feeling more active, there are plenty of water sports facilities to choose from on most Marbella beaches, including water-skiing, paragliding, Banana boat and donuts. If you want to get out of town for a day, drive to Golden Beach at Elviria (ten minutes east of Marbella centre) or Puerto Cabopino Beach (12 minutes east of Marbella), where you can even go starkers if the mood takes you!

Most popular and fun beaches with Djs are Ocean Club, La Sala Beach, Salduna, Cafe del Mar, Nikki and Bonos Beach for more quite and relaxing Marbella Club and Puro Beach.

The Marina Puerto Banús:
Of all the places to visit in and around Marbella, there is nowhere quite like Puerto Banús, where the rich and famous (and not so famous) like to play. Stroll around the Marina, stopping off at Salduba Pub or Sinatra´s Bar just inside the west entrance to the port, and enjoy some excellent people watching.

Also moored at the western end of the port are the big yachts, some even have helicopter pads on the top. Whether you want to sit and soak up the atmosphere of Puerto Banús, enjoy a meal at one of the many fabulous portside restaurants, or simply stroll around the marina, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to things to see and do. This is also a great place to take the kids, and you can find plenty of kiddy-friendly restaurants, bars and cafés to keep them entertained.

Shopping Marbella and Puerto Banús:
If you are a shopaholic in Marbella and Puerto Banús you are spoilt for choice. Take a trip around El Corté Inglés in Puerto Banús, the most famous department store in Spain, visit La Cañada shopping mall just minutes away from the house, or stroll around the designer shops and boutiques in Puerto Banús. If you are looking for something cheap and cheerful, take a trip round Nueva Andalucía Market on a Saturday morning, where hundreds of stalls sell everything from tablecloths to motor-homes.

For Golfers -ABOUT GUADLMINA GOLF
Established in 1959, today Guadalmina offers 17 different nationalities and more than 2.000 members, and probably the best social life along the Costa del Sol.

Guadalmina offers two 18 holes golf courses and a par 3 nine holes golf course, a covered driving range for 40 players and a chipping and putting green.

Over these fifty years Real Club de Golf Guadalmina has hosted very important tournaments like the Spanish Championship in 1965 the qualifying school tournament for the European PGA in 1995 and 1996, or the PGA championship in 1998.

In 2008 His Majesty Juan Carlos I King of Spain awarded Guadalmina with the Royal Appointment, fifty years of Golf, in a mature but always young and very friendly Club.

If you are looking for things to see and do on holiday, you won’t be disappointed if you visit Marbella and Puerto Banús. Pick up some leaflets from the local tourist information centre when you arrive, and take your time to explore Marbella and Puerto Banús.

Both Frank the caretaker / handy man, mentioned in the house reviews in trip advisor offer a home delivery service of organic products. We thought we would like to offer this extra service for a small delivery fee on organic fruits vegetables and meats.

LESSEE AND THEIR GUESTS AGREE TO BE ABIDE BY THE RENT RULES AT ALL TIMES DURING THEIR STAY IN THE PROPERTY.

TENANT shall allow access to the LESSOR for the purposes of any necessary repairs. The LESSOR shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

LESSOR cannot guarantee that there may not be a mechanical failure of heating, TV, Video, pool engine, or other devices. Please report any equipment that does not work immediately. Owner shall make all reasonable efforts to repair quickly and efficiently. No refunds if there is any device that does not work.

The owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the property or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings and valuables of any of the guests.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the LESSEE and all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property, garden and pool.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good condition.

Use the house and household items only for its intended use.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval. A pet form must be completed for approval.

Parking: There is ample parking. Parking is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Cleaning: A daily maid service can be ordered as an extra service- price of 15€ per hour.

Pool: Children under 12 are NOT allowed to use the pool without adult supervision. By using a pool, remember that there is a certain health risk associated with its use. Use of the pool at guests own risk. The pool is not heated.

Fireplace may only be used during the months of October to March.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.

PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER INTO THE TOILET! Feminine products should be disposed of in the trash. If it is found that feminine products have clogged the septic system, the LESSEE may have to pay for any necessary expense to unclog it.

REFUNDS: No refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions.

Ian couldn't have been any more helpful and both he and Frank, the caretaker, really enhanced our stay. They assisted us with local amenities and even travel arrangements on the way home, so they could not have been any more personable. The property itself is in a fantastic location on the beach, close to local supermarkets, beach restaurant and a lovely fine dining establishment. Overall an excellent choice.

Ian was very helpful...even though we arrived late he was on the phone to help us and responded promptly to every request. His property manager Franck was pure gold. Very helpful, friendly and willing to go out of his way.The apartment itself was perfect - clean, plenty of space and right on the beach as advertised. Most importantly for us it was very quiet at night, which made for a great relaxing holiday. The pool was clean and great for the kids. All-in-all a great place.
