Hi Naree. Your review of the home is extremely unfair. It really has nothing to do with the home or management. What you didnt like had to do with your lack of due diligence before making the reservation and with the standard procedures with outside service providers & utilities. There are absolutely no hidden fees. The listing indeed states the cost of linen service. Its listed in "Other Things To Note" under "PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:". Its just a matter of reading the listing thoroughly. It is our hope that guests will read the description of a property in entirety, doing their due diligence, in making a decision on which home matches their needs best, and not dinging our ratings when they did not. We always want guests to have all the information they need before deciding whether a home is a good match for them. Please see below, as I have pasted in the linen service fee information taken directly from the listing for this home. You can go back to the listing to find that its there and has been all along. Guests make their own beds, as reassurance that the linens are fresh & clean and this keeps the cost down. If a guest calls our after hours emergency line with a non-emergency, then yes, there is a fee. Our office is open during normal business hours. You were not charged for trash. You were not charged for excessive water use. We do not charge if trash is not discarded properly... we charge for excessive trash that does not fit in the trashcans provided. We are not the trash service; this is an outside service and we comply with their procedures & fees. There is a weekly trash pickup provided by the trash service. Sometimes the guest that is departing fills the cans and we have to either wait for the weekly pickup or order a special pickup. We work it out on a case by case basis. We are not the water company; this is an outside service and we comply with their procedures & fees. We are still officially in a drought. GCSD (Groveland Community Services District...the water company) has acquired grants to upgrade the areas aging water system. Guidelines of the grant require continuing water rationing in order to receive the grant. If we do not all work together to maintain low water usage the grant will not be received. Environmentally we all have to do our part. If excessive water is used during a guest stay, the owner will receive a fine from the water company. We are thankful that none of our guests have exceeded usage and no one has been charged for excessive water usage. All of our guests have been very respectful of both the drought situation and of our home owners. Common sense would tell you that you should not leave trash inside the house and that it should be taken to the outside cans. Especially during the heat of summer. Odors can linger. Its only fair to the next guest, that trash is taken out by the departing guest in order to prevent any lingering trash odors. This is something that is not difficult to do and only takes a couple of minutes. Can you imagine if a vacationing party with a large group left all of their dishes for housekeeping to do? This would increase the cleaning time by hours, increasing the cost of the cleaning fee. We've been in this industry for 30 years. We've never heard of a property manager allowing guests to leave dirty dishes for housekeeping to clean. Our super simple departure instructions ask the guest to take their trash out, do their dishes & put them away, turn off the A/C or heat, lock windows & doors... thats it. Nothing complicated. Nothing time consuming. And nothing out of the ordinary. Bar soap is provided + liquid hand soap for every guest stay. Plus a starter kit gift bag with many supplies. BELOW I HAVE COPY/PASTED THE LINEN SERVICE INFORMATIN DIRECTLY FROM THE HOME LISTING: Other things to note PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY: *Guest brings sheets/towels in order to save on cost or hire linen service thru Yosemite Region Resorts. OPTIONAL LINEN SERVICE: Linen service is $30 per bed (1 time fee); this includes (1) fitted sheet, (1) flat sheet, (2) pillow cases, (2) bath towels, (2) hand towels, (2) wash clothes, delivery + pickup. Note: 2 twins = one bed. We are a small local business offering property management and real estate services. In business for 30 years. Great place, even better than the pictures. Really cozy. Instructions were not friendly at all: don't do this, don't do that, or you will be in trouble. But we loved the place and would come back.

Great home to relax in after a day of hiking in Yosemite. Had so much fun playing pool with my son and watching deer hang out near the back deck. Great kitchen and lots of amenities.

Terrific big cabin with everything in it you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Facilities on the resort were only open at weekends at the time we were there but wasn't a problem for us as we spent most of our time away from the resort.
