The outline introduces it as "Ideal für Business Meetings" (!),
forgetting to mention that it is at the 4th floor of an old building
without elevator, and other details.
Unfortunately, there are some inconveniences:
--- the flat was not clean.
Dust everywhere, and also webs here and there:
one may wonder whether the flat has ever seen a vacuum cleaner.
Actually this an apartment with old floors without tiles,
and is not prone to a thorough cleaning.
But at least one might try.
--- dishes and other cooking tools needed a second washing;
--- there is also a large spot of humidity on a wall;
--- the falt was occupied by several personal belongings of the owner
(dresses, old shoes, open cans of food, tens of half burn candles,
and so on), remainders of food, and so on;
--- there are two refrigerators, both full of remainders of food of the owner;.
--- it is not easy to close the door of the bathroom,
and so on.
Interacting with the owner may not be easy.
Just to give an idea, few days before arriving he informed us that
he was in Turkey, and his daughter was welcoming us.
This was nice because the young lady is kind.
We pointed out that we missed towels (there were just two large clean ones,
and a small nonclean one - nothing more for kitchen and bathroom!)
The lady kindly offered us to take some more towels the following day;
but then we got the following email from the landlords:
"My daughter will not come again.
It is said, that there will be a BASIC Equipment in the Apartment.
Maybe you should look for a hotel next time!"
Rather clear, is'n it? I have just a remark:
This style is not the one I am used to with Airbnb landlords,
and is at variance with my previous experiences with rented flats,
in Germany and elsewhere.
