Four bedroom, two bathroom house ideally located between Kensal Green and Queen's Park.

The living room of the property is a wonderfully, light, open space presenting a traditional style with the exposed floor boards, antique style rug and large railway clock on the wall. The modern flat screen television is cleverly tucked into the former fireplace, keeping the modern touches subtle and unobtrusive. There is a downstairs shower room and toilet tucked away at the back of the room. The room is long and spacious – decorated with Union flag bunting and perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day walking around London. The kitchen, towards the back of the house is quite a contrast and is styled completely up to date. The smart, white cupboards are matched with black square tiles on the floor and wooden worktops. The two skylights in the ceiling bring natural light flooding in over the dining table and chairs and reflects off of the gloss brick tiles on the walls. French doors lead out to the courtyard/patio area – perfect for summer barbecues (Outdoor barbecue built into the wood-panelled surround!), al-fresco dining or drinks with the family. There is a wooden seating area with plenty of plants around to create a very pretty, peaceful area. The bedrooms upstairs all have the exposed floorboards and the clean, smart style of the rest of the house. The master bedroom comes with dual aspect sash windows. The family bathroom has bath and shower (beautiful vintage style metal shower head over the bath) and a heated towel rail. There is a nursery room which can be used as a single bedroom if needed with fold out bed. Pretty murals are on the walls and minimal furniture to allow for more space. The third bedroom contains a day bed which can be converted from a single bed into a double if needed. The loft conversion is another double room with two skylights and space for an extra fold away bed, if required.

Queens Park is perfectly situated between other desirable neighbourhoods of Kensal Rise, Kensal Green and Kilburn. Next to the borough of Westminster in North West London the area was developed back in 1875 and grandly named in honour of Queen Victoria. The main focus of the area is one of London’s most popular and beautiful green spaces comprising of 30 acres – Queens Park itself. It is a great space for families, couples and groups to explore, particularly during the warmer summer months but can also make for wonderful autumnal and wintry walks. Open from 7am until dusk every day of the year, the park boasts six tennis courts, a pitch and putt golf course, children’s playground with paddling pool, an ornamental garden and even a children’s animal farm. It is a great spot for the entire family to get together and the ideal place for a picnic. Nearby Chamberlayne Road, in Kensal Rise with its array of independent shops and restaurants was even named ‘hippest street’ in Europe by Vogue magazine, quite the accolade! Queens Park underground/overground, Kensal Rise overground and excellent bus routes ensure guests are never too far from other key attractions that London offers. Portobello Road Market is a 20 minute walk away and is well worth visiting one of the most famous antiques and flea markets. Oxford Street can be reached in just 15 minutes and Leicester Square in 20 minutes. For trips out of London Euston main rail train station is just 12 minutes away and boasts fast Virgin trains to the North of England.

Close to a few tube stations, you can reach central London in about 20 minutes.

The baby's cot (pictured) in one of the bedrooms has since been replaced with a child's bed.

The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.

Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.

Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
