If you want to enjoy your stay in Sibenik/middle Dalmatian region without paying too much for hotels, or if you like the comfort, privacy and other benefits I offer (kitchen, TV, aircondition, WiFi), please consider my apartment.
This is a 42 square meter air conditioned apartment with one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom/toilet. The bedroom has a large (double) bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe with hangers, and also a table with a chair. WiFi is free, flat rate, and you can connect as many devices as you want (Ethernet is also available). The living room has a sofa that can accommodate one or two persons, a dining table with four chairs, and a larger TV (with many cable/internet/youtube TV programs). The kitchen has an stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, coffee maker and everything else you could need during your stay. The bathroom is a normal, well kept bathroom with hot water, bathtub, sink and a toilet.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests have an access to a parking lot in front of the building but keep in mind it is a public space so I cannot guarantee you a parking space during your stay. Generally there are always open parking spaces, I never had any problems. All in all, this is one of the rare free parking spaces in Sibenik, you would pay up to 10 euros/day or more around town.
On the ground floor of the building there is a small store so you will be able to buy groceries and other things without wasting time. Of course, if you need a larger market/mall/store, there is one just 15 minutes walk from there.

I won't be staying with you because I'm renting the whole apartment so you can have your privacy, but my workplace is just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment so if you need anything (from 7am till 3pm), let me know and maybe I could help you. In the apartment there will be a printed sheet of paper with important phone numbers in Croatia (ambulance, police, bus station, etc.) and also Sibenik tourist agency brochures with recommendations for sightseeing in Sibenik and other nearby locations. I can also suggest restaurants and bars... if you want to know anything else, just ask.
General considerations, as with any other country that has many tourists - be carefull with your wallet and things around town or on the beach. Never give your passport to anyone. Ckeck the prices for drinks in nighclubs beforehand, especially if offered by a lovely halfnaked ladies - you really do not want to pay 500 euros for 1 votka/juice :-)
I do not care what you do as long as you respect the apartment as you would with your own, and respect the neighbors (mostly working class people with normal day jobs, so please do not disturb them late in the evening.
Keep it reasonably clean... and please mind the kitchen appliances and oven and don't burn or flood my apartment, since it's the only one I have and could ever afford :-)
Quiet and easy going person. I like music, guitars, guitar effects, amplifiers and everything that has something to do with guitars and music in general.
I speak English and Spanish. Anything else you want to know, ask.
