8 St George is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home situated on a corner home site within walking distance to the beach! This is a true Hilton Head-style home, with an easy layout and plenty of spaces to kick back and relax with your friends and family.
The back patio and shaded pool have terrific views of the 1st tee and the 9th green of the George Fazio Golf Course on the Inverness side of Palmetto Dunes.
You enter the house through a spacious, windowed, tiled foyer. The rest of the house is fully carpeted with a natural-toned durable carpeting. If you head to the right off the foyer there is a hallway, and the first bedroom here has 2 twin beds. Next there is a bathroom, shared with the adjacent bedroom, which has a step-in shower with some sturdy rails for elderly or handicapped guests. At the end of this hall you find the Queen bedroom which has large sliding-glass doors that head out to the pool and patio in the rear of the house. At this end of the hall to the left is the entrance to the large open living room and dining area. There is a raised slate-tiled fireplace and a huge flat screen TV with a DVD and CD player. A big, comfy sectional couch is a great place to land, and the back wall of this room is wall-to-wall sliding-glass doors. These head out to the back patio with a gas grill for some nice evenings by pool overlooking the golf course. Back in the dining room you find a large wooden table that seats 8.
Back in the foyer, if you were to head down the hall to the left instead, you find a charming, spacious kitchen with all white wooden cabinets and a round glass-topped table that seats 4. There are large sliding-glass doors that go out to a private, little side patio. Down this same hall past the kitchen is the Master bedroom with a King bed and a big walk-in closet. An en suite bath has a tub/shower combination. There are more large sliding-glass doors in the bedroom that open to another small patio with a table and 2 chairs set up to view the golf course.
Guests do have use of the 1-car garage, and there is a large laundry room with full washer and dryer as well. 8 St George has everything you need for an easy and comfortable beach and golf vacation!

Upon arrival to 8 St George, you will find the following items located in the property:
*Bed Linens ( including linens for the Queen sleeper sofa)
*Bath Towels – 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washclothes are provided for each guest.
*Kitchen/laundry Starter Amenities include: 2 dish towels, pot holders, single use of dish washing and laundry detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, roll of paper towel, box of facial tissue and bar of soap for each sink.

8 St George requires a 7 day stay, Saturday - Saturday only, except for the months of October - March, which can be then be rented for a minimum of 4 nights.

RENTER AGREES: To be responsible for any intentional damage or negligence resulting in damage to the premises, including damages to the furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage up to $2,000. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if upon departure the property is inspected and found to require more than the normal check-out cleaning. Agent or owner will not be liable for any damages to your property, nor liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. Owner or Agent may re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs or for routine maintenance. Owner or Agent is not responsible for articles left on premises. All properties are non-smoking. We make every attempt to make sure the home or villa you’ve rented is in good working order when you arrive. If you do encounter a maintenance problem in the home or villa, it will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment. Beach Properties of Hilton Head is not responsible for resort amenities such as scheduled pool and spa closures, etc. At the time of this publication, all home and villa amenities are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Furniture and accessories are subject to change as owners may update their properties.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: An approved credit card number must be on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure. We inspect each property before and after all guest stays. If furniture is moved you will incur a charge to move it back.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.
HURRICANE & WEATHER REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any situation arising from hurricanes including evacuations without Travel Insurance coverage. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.
PETS: This property does not allow pets. This policy will be strictly enforced. If you are found in violation of the policy, Agent reserves the right to immediately cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the dwelling. Additionally, Guest will forfeit all monies and incur a minimum additional penalty of $300.
KEYS/CAR PASSES: You will be provided with TWO keys or a code to your rental property. A re-keying charge will be collected for lost or non-returned keys. 26 Sea Lane is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. TELEPHONES & INTERNET: Nationwide long distance is provided during your stay at no additional charge. For calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please use either a cell phone, calling card or credit card. All properties are equipped with Wireless Internet. Instructions are posted in each property
LOST AND FOUND: Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the property; neither Agent nor the owner will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Items left behind will be returned only upon request.
REPAIRS: Even the best or newest equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Beach Properties uses the best maintenance personnel available. Problems are corrected as soon as possible. Agent or an authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care or maintenance of the premises. Refunds will not be issued due to malfunctioning equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. Hilton Head is a highly desirable developing resort area with houses under construction. We do not move people or give refunds due to construction noise.
USE: Any use of the dwelling other than residential use during a family vacation must be approved by the Agent. If the dwelling is to be used for any event such as weddings, receptions, “parties” or large gatherings, the Guest agrees to submit a request for approval to the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If the Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit. If Guest misrepresents an event to the Agent (said misrepresentation to be determined by the Agent), the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the dwelling vacated and that the Guest will not be entitled to any refund.
RENTER: Renter understands that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older with the exception of married couples where at least one of the individuals is 21 years of age. Beach Properties does not rent to high school, college individuals or groups. The person signing the rental agreement must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Each rental is limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation. Prior arrangements must be made with our office if any items will be mailed or shipped to you during your stay.
