For the price, the place was fine. If you're looking to save some money, it's not a bad place to stay for a couple of days. Though it did feel a little like a hostel and less like the usual Air BnB experience.
The place was very clean and tidy, the only issue being the towels provided were tiny. We had everything that we needed. Luisa was a little accommodating for us checking in later than expected when we got lost but she wasn't super helpful in putting us back on the right track of how to get to hers ... which was a bit of a nightmare. Lost in a foreign country it'd have been nice to get a little more help.
The main issue for us was the communication. A month ago I asked about transfers to the airport. Luisa said it would be fine and she'd arrange a taxi. I asked for an estimated price - she didn't get back to me at all for weeks. When we got there I reminded her - as she asked - if it was possible to book a transfer back to the airport since we'd relied on her help. She told me she'd do in the afternoon of the day before instead of pre-booking and asked me to remind her again. When I reminded her in the afternoon ... we didn't hear anything back. I texted three times and it took her 'eight' hours to get back to us to say she'd booked it - Obviously, having not heard back at all from her all day, we panicked because we had to get a taxi at 4am. I called myself with limited Italian and they wouldn't let me book on a UK number, public transport doesn't run at that hour. I had my relatives back home frantically trying to book my a last minute cab - all of course were booked up. This left us in panic of how we would make it there.. as promised method seemd to have abandoned us. All Luisa had to do was text and reassure us it would be booked that eve and all would have been fine. The text finally came past 9pm.
Having said that, I'd still reccomend this place based on the value, cleanliness. I wouldnt say it's very family friendly because of the noise. Just rely on yourself to organise transport.
