Delphine's place was great - literally looks down on a playground for the kidlets, clean, spacious, super-convenient location. Communication was excellent, including when the downstairs neighbors notified Delphine that our kids were making a bit too much noise for their baby - D's husband got in touch with us in a straightforward but tactful way that allowed us to help them keep good relations with their neighbors ;) The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was that the internet was so spotty that we couldn't do the work we needed to do - I've let D know this, and I know they'll look into it before the next guests arrive. Would definitely stay again.

If you travel with kids, Delphine's place is definitely a great choice! She has all the kids stuff you need. The kids' room can be shared by two siblings. And the master bedroom has two queen beds great for kids sleepover too. And she has great mattresses and sheets. All the toys in the kids' room gave my two boys tons of fun when they were home! You don't have to pack many toys. The location of the apartment is great! Close to train station and bus stations. The playground in the front of the building added more fun for our trip! Highly recommended and we will stay here if we come to Chicago again.

A bright apartment near the Red Line and the beach. It is about half an hour on the train from the loop. Andersonville had some good restaurants. We did not get to meet Delphine but check in was no problem and she was in touch via messages. We stayed here with our three kids.

I stayed here with my husband and 14-month old daughter, and it was perfect for a family with a small child, much better than a comparable hotel would have been for us. Delphine left out her baby stuff for us, including a crib, changing table, high chair, and lots of toys, which made keeping our toddler occupied much easier and allowed us not to have to travel with as much baby gear as usual. For the adults, there was a fully-equipped kitchen, all the necessary appliances, and two queen beds with comfortable mattresses. Location was a 10-minute walk to the heart of Andersonville on Clark St., with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. Two supermarkets also in walking distance. The building is a newer one and clean, and appliances and stuff were easy to figure out. We came with a car, and found street parking on the block to be a little tight (esp. on Friday night!) but not impossible. Our only complaint was that, coming in the middle of winter it was a small problem the heat in the kids' room was not very reliable and it got quite cold in there at night. There was a space heater, but Delphine warned against leaving it on all night, so it would warm up the room for the first half of the night and then it would cool off again. But we would've picked this place again even had we known about the heat since traveling with little kids comes with a lot of specifications.

Loved Delphine's apartment- the location was fantastic, the space was clean and as promised/described in the advertisement, and Delphine was amazing at communicating with us before our arrival. I highly recommend her apartment.
