Our lovely, spacious 5 Bedroom duplex Penthouse located in the West End, only 5 minutes walk from the Haymarket tram and train station and 25 min. walk to Princess street and Grassmarket. This large Apartment is ideal for small and big groups who want to visit Edinburgh. Fully furnished throughout with TV and free WiFi. Stunning views where you can see Edinburgh Castle and Murrayfield Rugby Stadium. Several shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
Lovely spacious duplex Penthouse with high ceilings. It's located in the West end of Edinburgh with lovely big windows catching the sun all day and throughout the evening. 3 balconies with access from living/dining room and master bedroom. From living room and dining you have stunning views with a lovely evening sunset.
Bedroom 1 and 2 - Double Bed with en suite bathroom and double wardrobe and storage drawers.
Bedroom 3 and 4 - Double bed with double wardrobe and access to main bathroom
Bedroom 5, upstairs with high ceiling, wardrobe and storage drawers and access to bathroom and balcony.
Living Room/Dining room with high ceiling and balconies
Kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and cooking facilities.
Metered bays on road: charges apply Mon-Sat 08:30-17:30 (free outside those hours)

Fourth floor duplex apartment but no lift. The 3 double bedrooms are all of similar size with large wardrobe space in each, chest of drawers and bedside tables. A single fold up bed/ can also be provided.

The local Edinburgh railway line is located to the rear of the property. This is NOT the mainline from Waverly/Haymarket and minimal noise can be heard through the double glazing of the 2 bedrooms located to the back of the property.
There is no lift
NO PETS ALLOWED
Just a few boring bits to cover before your all done and can officially tick accommodation off your to-do list.
To comply with our insurance policy and to keep your belongings safe we ask that you always lock the front door when leaving the flat.
Please treat the apartment as you would your own. Any misuse or damage to our home or belongings will be charged from the security deposit.
We understand that breakages and accidents happen, just let us know so we can get this fixed for the next guests and not impact their stay.
We kindly ask that the flat is left clean and tidy as you found it.
1. Remove all rubbish and place in the main bin outside as you exit the block
2. Dishes washed, dried and put away
3. Remove all food from the fridge and cupboards
(We really appreciate this and it just helps our housekeeper concentrate on making the apartment ship shape for the next guests arriving promptly at 3pm)
In order to do out bit for the planet please turn off all lights when you are out and try and keep the noise down for the neighbors after 11pm.
Bookings from a 3rd party not a verified Airbnb member will not valid as you must have booked directly with us in order for the booking to be honored. Additional guests not on the original booking are not allowed under any circumstances.
The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 11 persons. No pets or smoking are permitted in the flat and parties are strictly forbidden.
We kindly ask that you depart the apartment on time as any delay has a knock on effect on our next weary guests who are often arriving straight from the airport and just want to get in to the flat and put their feet up.
The housekeeper will arrive promptly after 11am to turn around the apartment for 3pm. Guests late checking out may incur an additional charge for our housekeepers time.

Hi I'm Inger Lise and I was born in Norway and now live in Aberdeenshire. I've lived in Scotland for many years now and Edinburgh is my favorite city. We go and stay in the Penthouse as often as we can. We love it there and really enjoy letting it out on Airbnb as get to meet lots of people from all over the world. I love travelling, listening to good music, eating in nice restaurants and socializing.
