We are situated close to Chester and Llangollen. An hour from Snowdonia and an hour from Liverpool and Manchester. Close to mountains and coast, a quirky and cosy 17th century cottage full of character, original features and old charm with stunning mountain views, set in a quiet hamlet. Perfect for peace and tranquility..ideal for walkers as there are wonderful walks and hikes straight from the doorstep! We are also a few minutes away from the Llandegla mountain bike centre.
This is the perfect place to relax and unwind..great if you crave peace, quiet and tranquility, but near to town and city if you are wanting nightlife and eating out. There is a tea tray in the room with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and herbal teas. Breakfast is a good selection of cereals and fresh fruits, juice, toast, crumpets etc with a great selection of jams and spreads. We enjoy interaction with our guests but also willing to leave you in peace if you prefer. You are welcome to sit on the terrace or enjoy the garden and take in the beautiful views. We would like our guests to leave feeling refreshed and recharged after a break here!
- Check in time between 5pm-10pm. ( on days i am not working this can be flexible by arrangement ) It would be very helpful to us if you could let us know an approximate arrival time so that we can make sure there will be someone here to greet you.
Although you are free to use the kitchen for tea and coffee, please could we request that you do not cook meals there. Smoking is allowed outside only.
- We are a vegetarian/vegan household but we supply milk for tea and coffee and breakfast.
Would people with allergies please be aware, we have 2 very well behaved cats and keep chickens in the garden.
