As host and director of the camp, I live in a house on the grounds. I’ll be here to check you in, or one of our friendly staff will help you get settled. During your stay, either I or one of our staff (who live only a few miles away) will be on call to assist you with anything you might need. I’m very easy going and enjoy getting to know the interesting people that pass through here. Though I generally keep to myself so you can enjoy taking in the sights, don’t hesitate to say “hello!” or ask about our camp. I’d be happy to facilitate any activity for your group with enough prior notice.

You can reach me by Airbnb messages, e-mail or my cell phone (text or call).

Don’t feel like cooking? Let us do it for you! Our cooks can whip up your favorite meals in our dining hall. As a camp and retreat center we are used to catering large groups, and small private meals. If you’re interested in meals, we’ll need at least a week’s notice so we can plan the menu and order food.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit camp and we use money earned from these activities to help fund our summer programming for youth of all ages and adults with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities.

As One of our cabin’s is Pet Friendly, there is a chance that there there may be a small dog on campus during your stay though it should remain on a leash so as to not interrupt your visit.

My family had a memorable experience at this remote getaway. Our host was friendly and accommodating. We practically had the whole campground to ourselves. The scenery was beautiful. We very much enjoyed the canoeing and fishing. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished. Only criticism is one creaky bed, which made it difficult for my wife to sleep. Overall great experience. We will be back.

It's a church camp facility so keep your expectations low. It served its purpose as a place to stay the night in a rural area with limited options but this is a very no frills place that needs some TLC. It was a nice and peaceful location far away from everything. Also, keep in mind there is about 15 minutes of gravel roads to get back to the highway.

We had a great time! This was a perfect place to meet family with lots of things to do and keep us busy with kids around the property without having to leave in the car. We'd love to come back again sometime!

Let me warn you from the beginning -- this is not a private house. But it is something much bigger and much interesting. You get a full house in the camping village, with possibility to make your grill, rent a boat, swim in the pool, discover the big green territory, participate in various activities, etc. etc! I could not imagine discovering such a place in such an unexpected location. Justin's place is a MUST to stop if you're going through Kansas. If you have a possibility to stay for more than one day -- even better. I would not even mention that in terms of cleanliness, communication, house staffing, etc. everything was just perfect!
