WELCOME to the Marquise - Clean and bright one bedroom ski-in, ski-out condo, steps from Blackcomb Mountain. A 10 minute stroll through a beautiful forested area takes you directly into the heart of the Whistler Village.

In the summer, you will have everything you need at your doorstep, The Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club is just around the corner as well as Lost Lake Park where you can enjoy hiking, biking, and swimming all summer long. The Family Adventure Zone, located in the Upper Village, is less than a 2 minute walk. Here you will find tons of children’s activities such as bungee trampolines, mini golf, go carts, mazes, batting cages and so much more! The Whistler Farmers market is also held here every Sunday.

In the Winter, it is a short walk to the Blackcomb Ski lifts and there are cross country ski and snow shoe trails close by, including the Whistler Valley Trail system. During the winter season, the ski home trail “Home Run” is completely accessible and ends right across the street. A relaxing home away from home after a long day on the mountain. Lost Lake Nordic trails are a short walk, perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and explorers.

This suites master bedroom comes with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The open living area features a gas fireplace and has a pull out Queen sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 people as well as a full kitchen and dining table. This condo also comes with Air Conditioning, free WiFi, cable and local calls included. The onsite gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, ski storage, bike storage, secure underground parking, and laundry facilities are all available to you during your stay. The perfect place to spend your vacation!

The complimentary Village Shuttle buses that run every 7-15 mins, stop nearby, with easy access to Village ski lifts, retail stores, restaurants and nightlife!

Payment and Cancellations
The guests shall not let / sublet all or any part of the Premises nor assign this agreement without prior written consent.

Harmony Whistler encourages guests to purchase 3rd party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of a cancellation needing to be made.

Non Canadian Guests, please note that some credit card companies may charge you a padded exchange rate or a foreign transactions fee.

Check-in Policies
The check-in procedures will be confirmed via. email 7 days before arrival. The majority of our properties have door codes which will be issued to you for the dates of your stay.

All properties will be ready for check-in by 4:00pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please let us know. We will do our best to make it happen. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.

Prior to check-in, airbnb will collect a pre-authorization of $500 plus photo identification. The pre-authorization will be released after check out and will only be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest, no third party credit cards will be accepted.

Guests are expected to notify Harmony Whistler immediately upon arrival of any damage to the unit is noticed. The guest accepts the Premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the Premises during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.

Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. No groups or under 25's allowed unless previously authorized. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.

Housekeeping
The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. For stays of eight days or more, there will be a mid-week clean if requested by the guest. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building. Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked.

Parking
Most properties have a specified parking stall for one vehicle, unless otherwise stated (exceptions - The Aspens & Glacier Lodge). There is visitor parking at most complexes, on a first come, first served basis. If your vehicle is over sized, it can be difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Please contact Harmony Whistler to discuss options. Parking instructions will be given with check-in details.

Smoking
All properties are non-smoking inside the property. Please limit smoking to balcony or patio areas where permissible. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts over the railings as this is considered a fire hazard. Any units with evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine.

Pets
Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of our properties unless agreed to in advance. Please contact Harmony Whistler for further information. There will be a $500 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units, if permission has not been granted.

Noise
Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and / or fine guests, after one verbal warning.

Maximum Occupancy
-1 bedroom - 2 occupants (4 occupants if sofa bed / Murphy bed is provided. $25 fee per person, per night)
-2 bedroom - 4 occupants (6 occupants if sofa bed / Murphy bed is provided. $25 fee per person, per night)
Any occupants that exceed the Standard Occupancy limitation are subject to a $25.00 per person per night.

Termination
Failure by the Guest to meet the payment terms and schedule may result in termination and forfeiture of deposits.

Liability Disclaimer
Prices for Accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. Bookings and prices are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received and confirmation email has been sent to Guest.

The Owner / Harmony Whistler shall not be liable to the guest for any injury or damage to person or property in or about the Premises by or from any cause whatsoever.

Disclaimer
Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances, should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Harmony Whistler reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality.

Appartement fait pour "passer", le fait que l'on ne puisse pas ouvrir de fenêtre devrait être signalé (on peut ouvrir deux petites trappes, à refermer à chaque départ dan la journée.. quartier calme, sécure, mais il faut avoir une voiture peu de vaisselle, mais au Canada on cuisine peu, l'appartement est très fonctionnel, peu attrayant, et aucune attention à l'arrivée. Mais Emma (propriétaire ou régisseuse ??) répond par mail rapidement à toute demande ; sans solution réelle !! Sauna et Jacuzzi sont un vrai plus mais le prix est là

Great place in quiet setting. It's about a 15min walk down to the village but we appreciated being away from the crowds. Unfortunately the fireplace was not working however staff was quick to respond and put in for repairs. Overall a nice condo any time of the year!

The check in to this unit is well described and seamless. We were very comfortable and loved the location. It was nice that we could park our car and walk every where we needed to go.

It was very easy to instantly book the property, get info in a timely manner & have questions answered. The property was clean, comfortable and worked nicely for our needs.

We didn't hear from Emma but she was available and very helpful when we called her about the fireplace. We don't usually stay in Blackcomb but it was it was a nice change. I enjoyed the walk up hill somebody older may not.

We had a great stay. The condo was set up nicely. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Emma communicated clearly to us how to get in and out. The pool and Jacuzzi are great. Our stay in Whistler was restful!
