Ian Road Apartments Two Bedroom Luxury Apartment offers the ultimate in Mornington Peninsula accommodation. Spread out in over 180 square metres of living space that can sleep up to 4 Adults and 2 children. You will be blown away by the spectacular bay views, modern architecture and the feeling of light and space.
This two bedroom apartment features a stylish kitchenette which will surprise you with it functionality and combined with generous living and dining areas makes it the perfect family or group holiday.
For a cosy winter getaway you can relax in front of the gas log fire or enjoy a private outdoor heated spa or enjoy a drink out on the balcony and take in the spectacular bay views. The ultimate way to kick back and relax on a well deserved break.

The apartment is private, on the first floor. You have your own entrance, parking space and outdoor spa.
The only shared space is the pool.
There are two other private apartments on the property.

The sofa bed being a small double is more suited to 2 small or 1 older child.

When a reservation is accepted, the security deposit details and your payment information is stored. No charges will be made to your payment method unless on the off chance we need to make a claim.

Our apartments are not available for parties or large gatherings.
We do not accept Schoolies.
As a residential property, consideration needs to be given for nearby residents. Noise restrictions apply.
Our apartments are strictly non smoking and do not accept pets.
Max Occupancy 4 Adults and 2 Children (No more than 4 Adults at anytime unless otherwise approved by management upon booking).
Any extra guests not booked must registered in writing to Ian Road Apartment. $50 per person per night fee will apply only if approved by management. If it is found that extra guests stayed without approval an extra fee of $100 per person per night will apply.
For insurance purposes guest numbers must not exceed 6 at anytime. Penalty charges and evictions will occur for extra guests exceeding numbers booked.
All guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction including the paying guests.
