Welcome to Perla Flats apartments! While you are here, either on holiday or for business, we hope you´ll enjoy your stay. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to send us a line
On your arrival we will show you how it works. The air-condition is already programmed correctly so please just use the on and off button. We ask you to not leave the air-condition on during the night or if you are leaving the apartment as it does not turn off automatically. Please note that there are 2 air-con controllers in the apartment; one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Both must be turned off individually.
Dishwasher: There are dishwasher tablets in the kitchen cabinet on its left side. Please make sure the door of the dishwasher is completely closed and you press the ON button firmly so it will start.
Coffee machines: The integrated coffee machine is out of order but there are two machines at your disposal: A Nespresso machine in the Kitchen corner and a normal coffee machine in the additional walk-in cupboard of the kitchen.
The Nespresso machine comes with 8 capsules for you to use, if you need additional ones you can buy alternative capsules in the supermarket MAS y MAS, in a walking distance from the apartment.
Washing machine: The washing machine is situated in the laundry. It comes with instruction sheet on the top of the washing machine.
There is a dry rack in the sun room off the laundry.
Parking: You can park anywhere in the surrounding streets, except in front of garage doors or marked areas for prohibited parking.
Please make sure NOT TO PARK in the in front of the building on WEDNESDAYS, as there is a local market in town on this day all year round, and your vehicle might be towed away. We advice you to park your car higher in the street on Tuesday morning, as the vendors start very early in the morning putting up their stalls and the street needs to be free of cars and vehicles.
Smoking : This is a smoke free apartment and we ask you to limit smoking with patios or balconies. Ashtrays are provided in the kitchen cabinets.
Garbage disposal: We ask you kindly to dispose of trash in timely manner, and dispose of large items to the designated areas in the street. There are 2 garbage container areas close by; one is on the right side when leaving the building in the first street on your right. The other one is on your left side when leaving the building, across the road.
Prevent burglary: This is a relatively safe area, but to avoid any nuisance we advise you to never leave windows or balcony/patio doors open when leaving the apartment. And as a general rule, do not open the door with the entry phone for people you do not know.
Noise: should be kept to minimal after 22 hours, as not to disturb the neighbours
Furniture displacement: Please do not displace furniture around the apartment
Beach/ Sun bed towels: are provided for 9 persons. They are in the entrance cabinets. We ask you to use these towels for sun-beds on the solarium and/or the beach - not the bathroom towels. As they are not supposed to leave the apartment.
Checkout: On your departure the owner or her/his representative will meet with you to collect the keys. Please advice in advance your departure time.
If you leave early in the morning or very late in the evening, please advice us and confirm that you will dispose of the keys in the mailbox by the main entrance, marked: “Vivienda A Primera Planta”.
Security deposit: will be returned within 7 days of departure, given there is no damage nor lost keys ( lost set of keys is 30 €).
If everything is in order ( in most cases it is), your deposit will be fully returned to you.
