Very modern and clean, with a large outdoor area in the back and a view of DTLA from the front. Great for barbecues and relaxing. Open floor plan. Great shower system and bathroom amenities, modern kitchen facilities and a washer & dryer. One full bed in the first bedroom, one twin bed in the second bedroom, and a full-size couch bed in the living room.

Chinatown is short walk across the bridge at the bottom of the hill from our house. There is good shopping and dining just a 5 minute walk away.
There is a Gold Line Metro Rail stop in Chinatown as well. The Gold Line will take you to Pasadena and points East or to Union Station. From Union Station you have access to the LA subway system as well as Am Track. There is a "Fly-away" bus from Union Station to LAX as well.
Dodger Stadium is a short walk from our house as well.
Universal Studios is about a 15 to 20 minute drive and Hollywood is a 5 minute drive away.

We would appreciate the names of any local restaurants and take out places that our guests like and feel would be useful to others.
We would like our guests to feel at home and relax. Use the garbage cans for waste and keep the place clean. Please do not flush anything down the toilet that isn't intended for it.
If you cook and use the dishes please wash them before leaving if at all possible. This helps us a lot.
No smoking in the house please.
There is free parking on the street and many of the local people park at the entrance to the street in the lot to the right.
Do not park at the apartment building next door to our house.
Our garbage cans are down on the street level. Please do not use the dumpster at the apartment building next door to us.
My wife and I bought this home as an investment for our granddaughter. We live close by and are always available if needed. We love exploring Chinatown and the Arts District downtown. Plus the food scene in DTLA is incredible!
