Fantastic beachside two bedroom, two bathroom apartment offering wonderful views in Palm Beach, on Queensland's fabulous Gold Coast just 40 metres to the sand.
Our modern apartment is on the fifth floor (with lift access), offering wonderful ocean, beach and sunrise views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed in which you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves and wake up to this gorgeous outlook, whilst the second bedroom benefits from two king single ensembles (we provide a rollaway bed for the fifth person if booking for five guests and this is reflected in the price upon booking). Both bedrooms feature private, renovated ensuites.
The entire apartment is painted in relaxing neutral tones, with beautiful white roller blinds throughout. We've also recently upgraded the dining setting and breakfast bar stools with gorgeous new matching pieces.
The living area has two leather sofas where you can soak up the views or relax and watch a DVD/Blu-ray (bring your own or hire from Blockbuster across the road), watch free to air TV or one of the numerous Foxtel channels on the new LCD television. There is also a small sound system to play your music on whilst enjoying a drink on the balcony. Both bedrooms and the living area have ceiling fans (not that you'll need them - the apartment benefits from beautiful ocean breezes).
The large balcony flows from the living area and is equipped with a four seater setting (plus some extra chairs for your visitors) where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun whilst being paid a visit by our local Lorikeets!
The apartment has a brand new fully self contained luxury kitchen for those of you who want to play chef at home and a dishwasher so that you can relax after your cooking! We pride ourselves on the fact that there is plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware, as we know that's one thing that we look for when renting an apartment! Otherwise there are great restaurants, cafes and the Palm Beach Surf Life Saving Club (which has just undergone a multi-million dollar renovation) on your doorstep, offering well priced food and drinks with a relaxed atmosphere and fantastic views!
All linen and bath towels are supplied, along with a welcome/starter pack of soaps, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet rolls and washing powder. If you are with us for a longer stay and require more of these items, Coles is only a short walk away. There is also an iron and ironing board along with a washing machine and dryer in the laundry (both brand new).
Unlimited complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the apartment. All instruction booklets for appliances/tv/stereo system (and Bluetooth) are in the top drawer underneath the cook top.
The complex itself has a pool, spa, sauna and BBQ area and is located in central Palm Beach within walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants and cafes. We are just five minutes walk from 'Barefoot Barista' and just right next door to 'Feather and Docks', two of Palmy's funky new cafes serving amazing coffee and great food. Gold Coast Airport is only 15 minutes away, with public transport at the door taking you to the airport heading south or Broadbeach/Surfers Paradise in 15-20 minutes heading north. Secure undercover parking is available for one vehicle.
Complimentary WIFI is available right next door at the Palm Beach Surf Life Saving Club - it's also available at many other local cafes and hotspots.
Palm Beach is located at the more relaxed southern end of the Gold Coast, with a beautiful beach for swimming, walking or surfing and the calm waters of Tallebudgera or Currumbin Estuary are also close by. The estuary is a 10 min walk away and boasts an excellent beachfront park with play equipment for the kids, allowing mum and dad to enjoy a great coffee at Dune Cafe.
With easy access to and from the M1 motorway, the Gold Coast's famous theme parks are just an easy 30min drive away.

Please treat the property as you would your own home. No smoking inside the apartment - please close windows and doors if smoking on the balcony. Please also remove all rubbish to wheelie bins in basement upon departure and ensure dishwasher is clean and empty with crockery and cutlery washed up and put away.
